....of DEATH and TAXES

　

There are two fundamental issues that YOU, the PEOPLE in this present day, the year of Our Lord 2012, must address;

 

• Mandatory DEATH from Abortion, and,

 

• Mandatory TAX on your Labor (Income).

　

Both of these aforementioned scourges on your present circumstance are in direct conflict with the Supreme Law, the Constitution, that WE, your FOUNDERS gave you in 1787, eleven years after declaring ourselves Independent, representing ourselves as "We, the People" and representing you, our Future Generations, as "our Posterity". WE THE PEOPLE of 1787 assured you, our posterity, the blessings of Liberty. You, of the present day, have not done the same for YOUR own Posterity.

I will address the two fundamental points in the order presented above.

 

One;

The very first sentence in the Constitution, the Preamble, clearly stated our intent:

　

"...We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

 

It was not our intention to confer upon you, our Posterity, any right to slaughter YOUR POSTERITY with the wholesale, wanton killing of innocent human life through means of that certain surgical procedure known as abortion. Our expectation was that you would have understood our specific language. It was written to ...."secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves, and our Posterity. You, and your future generations ARE our posterity. If you choose to destroy Life, or tolerate that destruction, at the very dawn of its existence, as a matter of convenience or otherwise, then you do not deserve that very Liberty we sought to bestow upon you. You, as a people, have been blessed with that Liberty....my fervent hope is that you will not damn yourselves to hell with your own iniquity.

Two;

Each person is allotted a certain, finite, time in this world. Some of that time, each moment, which is as precious to each person as measured droplets of rain are to a drought-plagued valley, belongs wholly to each free citizen. Time is Life. When a life ends, time is no more. It then stands still in death. No man has a right to another’s time as his own. A large part of each person’s life is in his labor. Labor creates material wealth, which sustains you in this material world. You derive income from your labor, which consumes your time, your life. No ruler, king, or government has a right to charge you a tax, therefore, on your very existence. To justify taxing citizens simply because they exist invites tyranny over your time, and your life.

As proper, righteous governance is essential as a guardian of your natural, God-given right to life, liberty and pursuit of happenstance, government necessarily needs to collect some form of taxation in order to exist. In order to prevent the possibility of governmental tyranny, the only practical form of taxation, then, would be a tax on sales of goods and services, which depend only on robust commerce in a free market. This forces government to encourage the prosperity of its citizens, not dependency. It forces government to fear its citizens as the ultimate provider of its income...and gives each citizen the ultimate power. The power of the purse, the power to boycott an oppressive government., with no need for street demonstrations or waiting for the next election cycle, or focus groups and opinion polls.

 

The sixteenth amendment:

 

"...The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

This amendment, the 16th, is in direct conflict with a prior amendment, the 5th, which is a part of the Bill of Rights we gave you and is, therefore a usurpation of one of your fundamental, original rights; ..The Fifth Amendment's concluding phrase, “...nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation,” is known as the Takings Clause. Property owners must be compensated if the title to their property is transferred to the state or when their property is physically invaded under governmental authority."

Sadly, you, as a society of Freemen, already have forfeited your freedoms through the passage of the 16^th amendment to the constitution that we, your founders have given to you. To continue to tolerate this circumstance, without immediately repealing it, is to voluntarily resign yourselves, and your Posterity, to tyranny.... This is surrender, and would never have been tolerated by my fellow countrymen in my time.

 

Your Freedom, as Citizens of this Free Country, will depend soley upon one thing...your personal Honor.

ps:

It is not necessary to fund a strong and just military for your common defence with tax revenue. Our fight for your Independence was fought solely with voluntary donations from Liberty loving Free Men. Your war against the nazi tyranny was funded largely through the sale of voluntarily purchased war bonds. Establish a seperate  agency to recieve voluntary donations for your armies.

Towards that end, you will have your strong and just military.

A national sales tax will keep your government small, and responsive to your collective will.....

I was not very impressed with that you tube video Tater Salad (isn't that one of Ron Whites aka's). No citations? Not to mention we all became slaves the minute FDR confiscated our wealth ( gold ) and property, this made the government liable for all of our debt because they back up the banks fiat money with our labor. Kind of a little bit to much to get into here though but let's see if I can shorten it a little.

When Wilson created the federal Reserve (a private bank) and made it responsible for our money and then FDR stoled our gold and property and gave it all to the banks and then he also handed us over to the banks (our labor) to back the dollar, he sold us to the banks, there by making us all servants/slaves to the banks. This automatically makes the banks our masters but it is the government that allows them to even exist there for making the government liable for all our debt.

They ( government ) has to pay for our homes and cars and medical expenses and food and everything else. But do they have to really? No. Because they allow you to keep a portion of your earnings so that by law they can release you to your own vices. But this is not real money, it is mere tokens from the general store so that you can only buy authorized 'merchant'-dise from their stores.

If you buy from anywhere else (the black market) using money that isn't theirs, you will go to jail.

The "Original U.S. Constitution" was a work of art ultimately for the good of mankind.

It's simply the "best ever" written document by man, detailing the responsibility of a government to it's citizens and the necessary restraints between a nation's government and it's citizens.

Administrations like the Obama/democrat machine have subverted the original beyond recognition. Even the basic concepts of Liberty and Freedom have become obscure.

Well then, I can understand how confused liberal progressive democrats are when they misinterpret our constitution.

It's interesting to note also that the amendment was ratified in 1913, the same year the FED was foisted upon us.
