WASHINGTON – Now that every member of Congress has received a certified letter from Lucas Daniel Smith, accompanied by what he claims is a certified copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate procured from Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in February 2009, as well as an offer to testify under oath, the silence from Congress on the subject is deafening.

It’s really irrelevant where Obama was born, he’s still not a “natural born” citizen and is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States, if, in fact, Obama’s father was who Obama claims.

If Obama’s father was Barack Hussein Obama, a foreign national who was only attending college on a student visa and was never a resident of the United States, Obama II, at birth, would be a dual citizen at best, and constitutionally ineligible to hold office.

Obama’s long-form birth certificate would clear that issue up in a nanosecond. It would most likely also prove his ineligibility.

However, Obama still needs to explain how he obtained a Connecticut Social Security Number (SSN) while he was attending high school in Honolulu.

That’s going to be more difficult to clear up because that same number Obama’s been using, 042-68-4425, has been associated with another individual born in 1890 who was issued the very same SSN in Connecticut circa 1976.

That same SSN is also imbedded in what we have proven to be Obama’s fraudulent Selective Service System registration, created after the fact in 2008, not in 1980, as those sloppily attempting to cover up for Obama’s past profess.

Obama didn’t register for the Selective Service in 1980, which proves another problem for the usurper in the White House. Failure to register should have forever precluded Obama from holding any position in the executive branch of the federal government.

So, when will someone – anyone – in Congress stand up and tell Obama the jig is up?
Meanwhile, with their silence, every member of Congress is allowing Lt. Col. Terry Lakin to face court martial and throw away more than 18 years of exemplary military service in his effort to protect the Constitution, which he, like every member of Congress, took an oath to uphold. Obeying illegal orders is an offense subject to prosecution just like refusing to follow legitimate orders.

Army Col. Denise R. Lind, the Army judge presiding over Lakin’s court martial, recently denied Lakin access to any of Obama’s records or testimony from those with access to those records that would prove whether or not Obama is legitimately holding office and if his orders are legal or illegal.

Lind stated the evidence could prove to be an “embarrassment” to Obama and has essentially deprived Lakin of his defense.

It’s unclear how the Army plans to proceed with Lakin’s court martial by simply asserting orders handed down through the chain of command, beginning with Obama as commander in chief, are legitimate, when all the evidence tips heavily toward Obama illegitimately holding office.

Perhaps Congress should steal a page out of the Honduran playbook on how to remove an unconstitutional president from office. While the removal was met with cheers from the citizens of Honduras, Obama called the removal of Honduran President Manuel Zelaya “illegal” and said he wanted to be very clear that Zelaya was the democratically elected president.

Berg said, “We will not stop until Obama/Soetoro is exposed ! When all is said and done, Obama/Soetoro, Michelle Obama/Soetoro, Howard Dean [former head of Democratic National Committee], senior members of the Democratic National Committee, senior members of Obama/Soetoro’s Campaign Staff and senior members of Obama/Soetoro’s White House staff must be subjected to our Criminal Justice System, tried and those convicted must go to prison and Obama/Soetoro should be deported because he is an ‘illegal alien’.”

Yes, even these individuals are entitled to rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution !

I was the first attorney to bring the issue of Obama "not" being "Constitutionally Eligible" in a law suit I filed on August 21, 2008, BEFORE the Democratic National Convention. I sued Obama and the Democratic National Committee. I wrongly thought that Howard Dean, the then head of the DNC would call Obama in and demand that he prove that he is "Constitutionally Eligible", that being "natural born". No, instead, collusion. No response from the DNC until a "joint" response with Obama a month later.

The crucial piece of evidence, more important than Obama's Birth Certificate, is the fact of Obama's adoption and/or the fact he was “legally acknowledge” by Lolo Soetoro.

Two [2] important facts from Obama's own books: 1. He said he found his Birth Certificate - so show us ! 2. Obama states [his parents had divorced and his mother remarried] that his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, returned to Indonesia before his mother and Obama. Obama then said when he went to Indonesia he immediately went to school. Indonesia was in turmoil and only Indonesian citizens were allowed in school. Well, those adopted or acknowledged by their stepfather were also considered "natural born" Indonesian citizens. On our web site: obamacrimes.com we have Obama's school record from Indonesia: Name = Barry Soetoro; Nationality = Indonesia; Religion = Islam [which is Muslim].

FACT: If Obama has "not" legally changed his name, his legal name is: BARRY SOETORO ! Therefore, every time Obama uses the name Barack Hussein Obama, he has committed and still commits FRAUD. Yes, one can use an alias, but "not" for fraudulent purposes.

SIGNIFICANT CASE still pending: In the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the case of: Berg as Relator vs. Obama, Case No. 09-5362. In this case, I allege that Obama/Soetoro is "not natural born" and "not naturalized", but that, based on the following, that Obama/Soetoro is an "illegal alien" and therefore, his term as the U.S. Senator from Illinois was fraudulent and therefore, the salary & benefits Obama/Soetoro received of over $1 million dollars must be returned to the U.S. Treasury. This type case is called "False Claims" or "Qui Tam" and are "sealed" when initially filed and are usually used in Medicaid or Medicare fraud cases. The issue on Appeal is whether a "Conflict-of-Interest" exists with Eric Holder and/or his Offices litigating the matter against Obama. I have stated a "Conflict-of-Interest" exists and I requested a "Special Prosecutor" be appointed.

Why "Conflict-of-Interest" ? In this type case, the decision after a case is filed is made by the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and the U.S. Department of Justice, both who come under the Attorney General of the United States who is ERIC HOLDER. Well, ERIC HOLDER was a Senior member of Obama's campaign staff; ERIC HOLDER was selected by Obama to be one of three individuals to select the Vice President - and they selected Joe Biden; ERIC HOLDER was nominated by Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be Attorney General of the U.S. who is the highest law enforcement person in the U.S. who reports and advises the President [Obama]. IF THAT IS "NOT" A "CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST", then "CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST" must be removed from our legal system and the Code of Federal Regulations.

WE CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE D.C. COURT OF APPEALS, COURT EN BANC [entire Court] WILL HAVE GUTS ENOUGH TO HEAR OUR APPEAL. WE CAN ONLY HOPE !

Both parties are corrupt, however this election we have to get control back first, then start weeding out the long term career ones...

Every single one of them knew zero was illegal. Nancy "stretch" P, submitted a fraudulent vetting doc, the secretaries of state did NOT do there obs in vetting him, and I emailed ours here in Florida and told them it was there responsibility to make sure he was legal before the election. Obviously, they dd not! The media knows this, the Supreme Court knows this and all other federal judges know he is illegal! One huge Fraud and Treason has been committed by many, they should start cutting deals and get this mess cleared up!
