I think this Kavanaugh fight is to get Marsey's law passed in states like Florida! And according to this website, their ultimate goal is to get a U.S. Constitutional amendment! In Florida it's amendment 6 on the November ballot!

So just like the republicans under Grassley are "equaling" the playing field and giving MORE rights to the accuser than the accused, this amendment first passed in California will do the same in Florida and several other states where this is on the ballot. AND it's supported by Rick Scott who is currently hiding and sneaking out of restaurants because he is too afraid to talk about red tide! So we will be adding another republican who will cave in to the dems demands when we elect Rick Scott! Here we go again - no choice in the primary and adding another swamp creature to DC!
