From Big League Politics: Harold “H.L.” Moody, an Arkansas government youth program coordinator who was arrested for allegedly participating in child porn video chat room sessions, oversaw ticket sales for a fundraiser featuring presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in his capacity as a Democrat Party official.

The media’s virtual blackout of the Harold Moody story is disturbing, considering the ties between Clinton and Moody, who were photographed together. Moody has met both Bill and Hillary Clinton, according to documented evidence.

Harold Moody was arrested in November for distribution and possession of child pornography after he was caught repeatedly in chat rooms in which he and others were sharing child pornography, including at least one video of adults having sex with a child. Moody pleaded not guilty.

“I’ve heard of White privilege but never Perv privilege – i am not the Juke Box at Waffle House…I do not play on demand…” Moody told fellow users in the chat room in response to video requests

Moody was spokesman for the Democratic Party of Arkansas during the 2016 election and was previously the chairman of the Pulaski County Democratic Committee.

The Clinton Foundation set up a health initiative in Pulaski County, Arkansas, where Moody worked for Pulaski County Youth Services. The Clinton Foundation also co-presented an award to the head of Pulaski County Youth Services, where Moody was working at the time of his arrest. A separate Pulaski County Youth Services employee was also arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year old.

In his capacity as state Democrat Party spokesman, Moody oversaw the selling of tickets to a Hillary Clinton fundraiser in July 2015.

The Times Record reported in 2015: “State Democratic Party spokesman H.L. Moody said the party sold all 1,600 floor seats for the $200-a-plate dinner, then began selling $15 arena seats. He estimated the audience at over 2,000 people — former state Highway Commissioner John Burkhalter said onstage that more than 2,500 were present — and said the party had raised about $450,000, enough to cover its entire annual budget. On Friday, Trump spoke to about 1,000 people in Hot Springs. He said during his speech that the Democratic Party had cut ticket prices to lure people to its event. Moody disputed that claim. “I reject the notion that we reduced ticket prices,” he said. “The floor seats sold for a higher ticket price than we’ve ever sold them before, and they also sold faster than they’ve ever sold before, and that’s why we opened the arena seats. The original plan did not call for arena seats, but we had to open them up because there was so much demand for tickets.’”

Moody praised Hillary Clinton in an interview with the Arkansas Times after Clinton’s defeat in the 2016 election and said that Bill Clinton’s presidential election in 1992 inspired him to get into politics.

“I think Secretary Clinton summed it up best when she said (at a charity gala on Nov. 16) that there were days when she wanted to curl up and never leave the house. I totally get that, but, as somebody that pays the electric bill by working in politics, I just don’t have that luxury. Also, the longer I am lying down and feeling bad, the longer they can say the DPA is dead, and that’s simply not the case,” Moody said in the interview.

California school district says parents can’t pull kids from new LGBT sex ed

ORANGE COUNTY, California, April 19, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – California is about to implement new abortion- and homosexuality-promoting sex education lessons, and one school district has told parents they have no choice but to expose their children to them.

California enacted the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015, but only now are its controversial provisions starting to take effect in classrooms. Under the auspices of health, the law says it will equip students to develop “healthy attitudes” on “gender [and] sexual orientation,” among other things. It also says it will inform students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods,” and facilitate “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.”

RedState contributor Kira Davis, a resident of Orange County, California, warns that among the teaching materials approved for use under this law are a study guide for the transgender children’s book I Am Jazz, as well as a “sexual health toolkit.”

This “toolkit,” funded in part by the George Soros-connected Tides Center, offers kids tips on using sex toys and anal lubricant. It defines “anal intercourse,” “phone sex,” and more as “common sexual behaviors.” It teaches that “abstinence” and “virginity” can mean engaging in a variety of sexual activities, but stopping short of intercourse.

“What if you don’t have time or money to buy sex toys?” the guide asks on page C-51. “Cucumbers, carrots, and bananas (with the peel) make great dildos. Just remember to use a condom!”

It teaches that one of the “cons” of abstaining from all sexual activity is that it “requires motivation, self-control and communication from both partners.”

The “toolkit” lists as resources Planned Parenthood and the radically pro-homosexual and pro-abortion group Advocates for Youth.

The law also mandates that lessons and materials “affirmatively recognize” varying sexual orientations, and that they “be inclusive of same-sex relationships.” Instruction must take a positive view of gender confusion, and explore “the harm of negative gender stereotypes.”

Davis notes that the California Healthy Youth Act expressly protects parents’ rights to “excuse their children from participation” in sex education courses without penalty of any kind, because “parents and guardians have the ultimate responsibility for imparting values regarding human sexuality to their children.”

The Orange County school district apparently interprets this differently.

In a memo dated March 29 to the Orange County Board of Education, Orange County Department of Education general counsel Ronald Wenkart says that the law’s opt-out provision “does not apply to instruction, materials, or programming that discusses gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, relationships, or family and does not discuss human reproductive organs.”

Parents who disagree with the state’s LGBT positions “may not excuse their children from this instruction,” Wenkart continues. He then suggests that parents still having the right to “advise their children that they disagree with” such lessons compensates for this restriction.

He also cites judicial precedent to claim that “parents do not have a constitutional right to excuse their children from portions of the school curriculum that they find objectionable.”

Heidi St. John, an author and speaker who covers faith, motherhood, and homeschooling as The Busy Mom, forcefully spoke out Wednesday against the memo.

“The Orange County Department of Education feels it is their right to GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO DISAGREE WITH THEM,” she wrote on Facebook. “These are our children! They do not belong to the schools.”

St. John advises California parents to contact their local school boards and Democratic Assemblywoman Shirley Weber, the law’s author, and to pull their children out of schools that force LGBT lessons on children.

She also urges parents to participate in the Sex Ed Sit Out on April 23, an event spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia in which parents pull their children out of school for the day in protest of radical sex education programs.

RedState’s Davis has similar advice.

“Make noise. Lots and lots and lots of noise,” she writes. “When [lawmakers’] constituents get cranky, they pay attention…and so few people actually call and write anymore that just a few hundred voices go a very long way to making your representative and governor think twice about proceeding with something that seems unpopular.”

Davis also stresses that parents who pull their children out ensure the school does not record it as an excused absence.

“The reason your public school demands you call to excuse a child’s absence is because they lose state and federal dollars on every unexcused absence,” she writes. “If you really want to make an impact, hit them where it hurts.”

New AP History School Book Claims

Trump is Mentally Ill, His Voters All Racists

A new Advanced Placement history book for our schools exclaims that President Donald Trump is mentally ill and all his supporters and voters are abject racists. THIS is what your schools are teaching kids, America.

That’s right, Trump voters. Your tax-funded schools are teaching your kids that you are a racist.

The new AP textbook will hit classes starting in 2020… juuuust in time for the elections, according to Powerline.

Powerline says that the book asserts that “[Trump’s] not very-hidden racism connected with a significant number of primary voters.”

Let’s get this straight. There is NO racism among Trump’s voters. And Trump himself is no racist, Despite the lies from the media, Trump has never done anything to show he is a racist.

Powerline goes on:

What connected with a significant number of primary voters was Trump’s strong opposition to illegal immigration and his concern over terrorists entering the U.S. The textbook effectively characterizes these concerns as “not very-hidden racism” and those who share them as racists. This is controversial, to say the least. I consider it slanderous.

The textbook goes further. It says that Hillary Clinton supporters “worried about the mental stability of the president-elect.” Some did, or claimed to. But many Trump supporters worried about whether Clinton compromised our national security by criminally using a private email servers. Some McCain supporters worried about what they considered (with good reason) Barack Obama’s socialism and his undeniably communist mentor.

This is outrageous. But the book publisher sees nothing at all wrong.

The publisher says the text underwent “rigorous peer review to ensure academic integrity.”

Yeah. Biased, left-wingers giving “rigorous peer review” to the fake history of other hardcore left-wingers!

What could go wrong?

As Powerline sums up:

The book’s hateful insinuations and assertions about Trump and those who voted for him are unacceptable in a text used to teach high school students American History. Any school in which the book is used should be the target of vigorous protests. The political blowback should be fierce.

But this is how the left is destroying our system of education, dumbing down and indoctrinating our students, and undermining this country.

In March 2019 Pugh was revealed to have accepted $500,000 from the University of Maryland Medical System while a trustee to purchase her Healthy Holly books to donate to Baltimore schoolchildren. This no-bid payment was controversial because the years of payments coincided with her tenure as head of a health committee in the Maryland State Senate and as mayor of Baltimore. She did not disclose the payments or recuse herself from votes and decisions involving the medical system. Maryland legislative leaders pledged to reform the medical center's practice of giving large contracts to trustees due the conflict it poses to their decision-making, which includes approving a $4 million salary to the institution's CEO.Pugh received $500,000 from the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) for 100,000 copies of her books, however the firm printing the publication confirmed it had only actually ever printed 60,000 copies.

Pugh initially said that the University of Maryland Medical System were her only book sales, but on April 1, 2019, the Baltimore Sun reported that Kaiser Permanente paid more than $100,000 for copies of the book, and a nonprofit called Associated Black Charities paid Pugh's organization nearly $80,000 for copies of the book. Both organizations do business with the city of Baltimore. Associated Black Charities in turn resold some of its copies to other organizations, including CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, another Baltimore insurer.

On April 8, 2019, all members of the Baltimore City Council signed a memorandum calling for Pugh to resign as mayor.Pugh has said she intends to return to office following her leave of absence due to illness.

On April 25, 2019 FBI and IRS agents raided two houses owned by Pugh, Baltimore City Hall, and a non-profit organization on which Pugh was serving on the Board.
