I wrote this in 2009 and posted it on another blog site I am on, but since that time, 0bama has written no less than 84 new Executive orders.  I think it is even more relevant to today than it was when I  initially wrote it.  See what you think. Note that he is using Executive Orders to institute Agenda 21.  See the list of ex. orders below.
Executive orders are exclusive things used by presidents to assist in times of urgent need. They can be issued without acceptance or rejection of the congressional body, and they become law without consent by virtue of the fact that the president has issued it and signed it.

They remain in effect until such time as a new president steps into office, reviews what his predecessors have done before him, and decides whether to let the order stand, or to decree it null and void.

Such orders are typically are not used frequently, and most generally are associated with military affairs: but not always. The infrequency of their use is due to the fact that the order should not, and does not interfere with the running of the country in accordance with the Constitution of the United States. However, because of the power vested in the President, and the oath of office he has sworn himself to, there is no one who regulates these decisions, except the president himself.

In our present time, this has lead to a serious juxtaposition with the current man in office, Barack Obama, for the simple fact that he has currently signed into effect over 36 executive orders with one of them being this one:

Many of these are contrary to the Constitution, which the reigning Democratic party is willing to overlook and not address due to the necessity of carrying out their own agenda, for which these orders play a crucial role in allowing the House and Senate to align itself to pass actual legislation that will change the context of the Constitution into something it was never intended to be or say where the people of the United States are concerned.

Let’s take a look at the global warming issue for which hundreds of nations are coming together for a meeting in Copenhagen in December to address. Note Executive Order above including environmental performance. The proposed Copenhagen Treaty is actually one involving the institution of a New World Order, which all the nations are apparently willing to sign, written with suspect language to be embracing the issue of global warming. Once that treaty is signed, we will no longer be classified as the United States of America, and our Constitution will be void and useless to us as any form of defense. This will be covered in an Executive Order and signed by the president.

With that treaty in hand, he will then march it through the House and Senate under the guise of a global warming bill. That means only a majority vote will be needed to pass this into actual law. Were the president to inform the unsuspecting public of the real contents of this bill, he would have to then present the Copenhagen Treaty to the House and Senate for a 2/3’s vote in both houses, which it would never accomplish. But given that the global warming issues it is already a law under Executive Order, there is nothing stopping Obama and his House of Ghouls from foisting this off as a ‘go green’ global warming bill and push it through with simply a majority vote.

When that takes place, our currency will immediately become counterfeit, our laws will have no baring or enactment power on anything the head of the New World Order would deign to institute upon us, and the bill will make the richer nations pick up the tab for the poorer nations, hence bankrupting us completely. Already the Yen and the Euro have surpassed the U.S. dollar as the currency of choice to hold in banks around the world. In fact, only 62% of banks worldwide now hold the dollar as its strongest form of currency.

Having already jeopardized our currency with rampant spending and printing of more and more dollars, and having borrowed heavily from China, Obama has single-handedly placed our nation in the precarious position of eminent collapse. The next step is then a no-brainer. Obama will sign into effect the existence of a New One World Order, slide the bill under the radar of the House and Senate (with a little help from within), and our nation will be no longer.

Dare we trust this man to continue with the charade of pretending to be looking out for ours and the Constitution of the United States’ best interest?
Consider the power of the Executive Order and answer that question. Impeachment is not good enough, nor does it take the man out of office even if he is found guilty. Treason is the only word for which this kind of behavior can be labeled, and with which he can be successfully removed from office permanently.

No man is above the law, and that includes the man sitting in the highest office in the land. A famous quote says, ‘The price of liberty is constant vigilance.” In the words of Thomas Jefferson: “The policy of the American government is to leave their citizens free, neither restraining nor aiding them in their pursuits.” And, “The majority, oppressing an individual, is guilty of a crime, abuses its strength, and by acting on the law of the strongest breaks up the foundations of society. The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all.”

List of some of the Executive orders that overlap with Agenda 21. EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

I think this is why we are at war with so many countries. If they don't want to go along with the NWO they go into their country and destroy them. This has been the plan, before Obama. We are being set up by the people who control our money!

This man, Obama, has set up his own regime inside our constitutional governmental structure. He's dismanteling the latter and will continue use the former until some one in this country gets the courage to stop him.
