I too think congress, both parties, are "lurking". They are in my view, waiting for President Trump to make a big mistake after which the democrats will demonize him and Republicans will cut the thread that now binds them.

His safety in my view is not guaranteed. There are so many ways he can be eliminated, so many ways he can fail.

He needs our prayers.

Our nation needs our prayers.

The democrats continue to look petty and nasty....I hope they keep it up....we could end up with a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate in just two years.

I pray for his safety as well as his success.

I guess we found out how wrong we were.
It should have been obvious long before the election was held that "political" America wanted nothing to do with Donald Trump.
Today nothing has changed.
Except for those in the Republican party who have already gained in power or political stature from President Trump, that party will stand in President Trump's way if they feel they're about to lose their own brand of political control.
Raya, you're right. Last night's display of the liberal progressive democrat machine was ugly.
It was proof positive that President Trump will get NO HELP from, and We the People can expect only chaos from, the democrats for the next 4 years.
