The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech. The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without interference or constraint by the government. The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justification for the interference with the right of free speech where it attempts to regulate the content of the speech. A less stringent test is applied for content-neutral legislation. The Supreme Court has also recognized that the government may prohibit some speech that may cause a breach of the peace or cause violence.

NPR (National Public Radio) enjoys millions of tax-payer dollars in support. Only problem with that is that it advances only one philosophy, one point of view. The Marxist/Socialist point of view. Are we providing funding for the demise of our Constitution, our very way of life?

NPR is a quasi news organization, too. Part of the mainstream media. The conventional wisdom of the present day is that the MSM is not in the business of reporting the news, but for the widespread dissemination of Marxist propaganda.

Part of that propaganda is the advancement of a myth. The myth of "separation of church and state". This is nonsense, designed to undermine our understanding of our rights. Read the amendment above. Where does it say that there is separation? It only prohibits Congress from establishing a State religion and forbids Congress from prohibiting the free excercise of worship.

The MainStreamMedia has become a mere propaganda arm for the present ruling class, the liberals. Justifying their license with a myth. The myth of "separation of church and state". Obscuring the public's understanding of their Constitutional Rights as stated in the Bill of Rights.

My question is thus;

Shall we not, as the Conservative majority, construct our own myth to counteract their myth?

Lets’ call it ....."Separation of PRESS and State"

Only Conservatives have come to his defense, just as they did for others of his race during the War between the States.

Will he finally come to realize it’s not the color of his skin that is significant, but his Individual Human Rights, as stated in the very Constitution he has disparraged as a liberal commentator?

The country is "DIVIDED" liberals and conservatives are at each others throats. As ridiculous as Juan's firing is, it reveals just how deep the "DIVIDE" IS.

How will we ever be reunited . . . . . WHO is it that will be able to accomplish the task?

I think Juan got a taste of what conservatives face every day. What Sarah Palin got and is still getting. What the tea party people get calling us tea baggers. The left calls anyone they do not agree with crazy and far far right. They call us racist. Really? Along with JC Watts, Col. Allen West, Star Parker, I could go on and on but they do not want to see that Conservatives are not racist they just want to condemn and make fun now Juan is finding out the truth. Its about time someone from the left feels the sting and hate from their own kind. Juan, we welcome you and we surround you with goodness. God Bless.
