The REAL reason the Sock Puppet Press keeps bashing the TEA Part Movement is because we scare the living be-jabbers out of them.
They are so completely in the bag for Obama and the liberals [oops....sorry, they are now 'PROGRESSIVES'] will do their level best to destroy and discredit those they disagree with.
It is a long standing tactic of the left to change certain language to make it more palatable and less 'harsh' to the unwashed peasants. ie; Instead of being called 'pro abortion' they prefer the term 'pro choice', rather than be tagged as 'liberals' they haved tried to change their title to 'progressives'. Inversely, they believe that by referring to conservatives as obstructionists, they claim we are 'the party of NO', rather than 'pro LIFE' we are said to be 'anti abortion'.
It has also been their habbit to alter perceptions about their organizations by changing the names.
I am certain that ACORN will soon go the way of other less favorably viewed leftist organizations and will rise out of the ashes left behind much like the famed Phoenix with a fresh new name and image..
During the balcony scene of Romeo & Juliette, Juliette says;"....Oh be some other name! What's in a name? that which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet".
So, the title of the movement matters not one bit....it is all about principles, liberty, freedom and saving this great country from destruction by those who hate her and all she stands for. It has nothing to do with the color of our skin but everything to do with the content of our character.
It has nothing to do with wealth or poverty [although, all conservatives wish success for all Americans]
It is about people who have NEVER been politically active in their lives, people who believe in God, who love their families and their country, people who will fight like the very devil himself to preserve this Republic.
That is who we are....................that is the reason they fear us.
