# 28...The Liberation Amendment

The Liberation

Amendment

~~~~~~~~~~~

Legislative Intent:

To re-affirm certain immutable precepts

which define God-Given

Natural Individual Liberty and Human Rights;

Prohibiting government interference

to Citizens' rightful Lives and Existence,

their Liberties, and

their pursuits of Happiness.

I.   Any previously ratified statute, regulation or judgement

which imparts jurisdiction to the Federal Government

over any aspect of Health Insurance or Healthcare

namely, the

Affordable Care Act ( A. C. A. )

aka "Obamacare"

is hereby repealed, forthwith.

Henceforth, congress shall make no law

which interferes with the workings of

Free Market Capitalistic dynamics

in the field of Health Insurance.

II.   The Federal Income Tax

and any regulations pertaining

to the execution of it,

is hereby repealed, forthwith,

and shall be replaced with

a National Sales Tax

as defined in the attached

" Declaration of the INDEPENDENTS ";

Citizens will thereby be enabled to exercise their 

RIGHT to BOYCOTT

government when it becomes oppressive,

tyrannical, corrupt or stupid,

thereby asserting, as a people, the ultimate

POWER of the PURSE

which makes government responsive,

sensitive and attentive

to the Will of the People.

III.   Human Life shall be protected and preserved by Law

from the instant it is conceived, and recognized thereafter

to be a Human Being, with inviolable right to exist,

in all stages of development

from zygote to full adult maturation

until death, whether natural or accidental,

except in the case of legal execution

after due process and appeal in capital offenses

or in a state of legally declared war.

Future, unborn, generations shall rightfully be recognized

as the posterity referred to in the

Preamble to the Constitution of the United States,

whose very existence and the potential thereof

being affirmed as a Natural, Devinely-given inviolable right;

and shall be afforded the assurance of the blessings

of their Liberties as stated therein.

IV.    "Family" shall be as defined in the attached

"Declaration of the INDEPENDENTS",

as, so to, shall

"Energy Independence", "National Defense"

and "Balanced Budget" be defined.

V.  This statute shall have the full force of law,

and during its tenure, the language of this law

shall also be proffered to each of the individual States

as a proposed Constitutional Amendment

for their consideration, and eventual ratification.

I think it's a huge mouthful for any congress.

I wonder if the supreme court considered ""moment of conception" and

 "the posterity referred to in the

Preamble to the Constitution of the United States"

  during their deliberations of "Roe V Wade"
