I encourage all Americans to place yourself at this latest shooting scene near our capitol and decide how YOU would have handled yourself .  .  . had you been armed with a weapon.

For those of us who DO carry a legal weapon, how effective can we expect to be?

Are we willing to shoot back at a political terrorist who looks like any ordinary Bernie Backer?

I'm not sure how close we are to armed rebellion . . . . it "feels" like we're close.

The call is again screaming for gun control, as all idiotic and insane actions by individuals seem to demand from the left. It would be a huge mistake for law abiding Americans to acquiesce to such demands.  However in early stages it seems to me we are living in a war zone where the law of the jungle is overtaking the rule of law. I salute law enforcement and their courage that allow them to continue their work which in the best of times is life threatening.  I truly appreciate them. I do firmly believe that a disarmed public would only serve to make their jobs more difficult.  As we know the insane and violent among us will always get guns. Law is not an issue for them. The inmates are running the asylum folks.
