Obama’s pastor for 20 years just can’t help himself. Here is video via The Blaze, of Rev. Jeremiah Wright speaking to a group of youth at the First African Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia. Of all the messages he could give to a group of youth in a very troubled world, he chose to tell them ‘White Folk lie.” In fact, he told them that over and over again. But really, Wright’s rant was about himself – about justifying himself and his words. He told the youth that when “White Folk” tell you that he is “controversial,” “you believe them.” He then launched his rant in which he sought to make the case that “White Folk lie.” I guess when your legacy is bound to be remembered as Pastor “G*D Da*n America,” you feel compelled to say anything and everything to justify yourself.

 

 

It’s interesting to remember that Barack Obama, who threw Wright under the bus when his radical statements became widely known, did not always speak so distantly about Wright. He wants you to believe he was not in church all that often over that 20-year period, and really did not know the kinds of things Wright was saying. The facts don’t bear that out at all. In fact, Obama embraced Jeremiah Wright, and said publicly he was proud that Wright was his pastor. He said that after he had dis-invited Wright from praying publicly at his announcement in 2007 that he was running for President. South Carolina GOP Rep. Tim Scott stood up to Union Protesters Thursday who are angry with him for supporting “Right to Work” laws. He got into a back and forth with protesters outside on the street, but made the case that the states where job growth is the greatest are in “Right to Work” states. Scott told them he believes people should have the right to join a union, but said collection dues should not be the responsibility of the Federal Government.
