Come Back America Nat'l Prayer Conference

Our Country needs prayer now more than ever!

To show President Obama that our country is still a Christian nation, our group is trying to organize a nationwide prayer conference called "Come Back America" in which all faith community leaders and churches across the country go to their respective state capitols for a prayer vigil. We have scheduled this event to occur on December 12, 2009 at 12 noon (12/12 at 12noon).

December 12th was chosen as the weekend in the middle of the Copenhagen Climate Conference where our national sovereignty could be destroyed. It will be a spiritual rally, not a political protest, with no protest signs, etc. Only church leaders, pastors and evangelists will speak about our country's Christian heritage and the moral dilemmas we face today with our current government's policies. All state government officials should be encouraged to attend, as they will receive public prayer for encouragement and wisdom. We believe this can become a "Spiritual Awakening for America!"

We have created a web site which gives more information, and a place for organizers to list their contact information for all states to join this pilgrimage. We are at the moment trying to get financial and/or media endorsement for this event, so any help you and other groups or individuals can provide would be greatly appreciated.
