Five candidates compete in the race to out-seat Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz.

(Miami, FL – April 2012) – The Women’s Republican Club of Miami, Federated,

will host a 23rd Congressional District of Florida Republican Candidate’s Debate

at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus

located at 415 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Room No. 6001, Miami.

A reception will take place immediately following the debate. ‘‘

The 23rd Congressional District of Florida will hold what will prove to be a

heated election for the U.S. House of Representatives seat on November 6, 2012.

Five Republican candidates will compete in the primaries to ultimately run to

out-seat incumbent Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

“This debate will help Republicans choose the best candidate to take on one

of the highest-profile advocates for the flawed, liberal policies of the Obama Administration — Debbie Wasserman Schultz. It’s an important race and I offer

my best wishes to each of the candidates for a successful, spirited and substantive debate!” says Ben Powell, Chairman of the Republican Party of Miami-Dade County.

News Anchor Eliott Rodriguez are: Osvaldo deFaria, Jr.; Juan Eliel Garcia;

Karren Harrington; Joe Kaufman; and Carl Mathiesen.

slate of Republican congressional candidates, any of them will better represent

our principles of limited government, reduced spending, family values and

personal liberty. Defeating Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz in November is

Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. The debate will run from 7:00 to 7:45 p.m.

congressional candidates.
