In Remembrance Of All We Hold Dear As Americans…

I’ve always been devoted to truth and quickly correct myself whenever I discover I’m wrong- or when someone else irrefutably points out my error. Thank you, Mad Max and others! However, I openly admit that my mission as a patriot is not so much about truth as it is being a faithful Soldier in the war of public opinion. No surprise to you there, I suppose. From time to time I’ve been accused of being off my meds, delusional or a lunatic- to which acrimonious critics I offer my gratitude for their votes of confidence and advise them that I’ve been called much worse- even by my own mother.

I needn’t remind you that truth unfortunately does not win political contests- but rather the current dominant groundswell of public opinion. The 2008 Presidential election is no doubt the most disgusting example of that sad reality.

Today’s Rasmussen poll is encouraging. Only 23% strongly approve of Barry, while 41% strongly disapprove- a Presidential  index of minus 18%. Moreover, 55% presently disapprove of his Presidential performance. 56% favor repeal of ObamaCare. 67% “say states should be able to enforce immigration laws if feds are not.” John Fitzgerald Kennedy “remains the best liked of the eleven men who have served as President in the post-World War II era.” 80% have a favorable opinion of JFK, while only 13% hold an unfavorable view. 48% back GOP Governor in Wisconsin- where only 38% side with the unions.

We must keep hammering away at the lies and deception of the Obama administration until Barry is run out of Washington on a rail- sans the supercilious sham of him leading a victory parade. (Gene Ellerson of the University of Miami: “The successful football coach is one who can act like he’s leading a parade while being run out of town.”)

In that regard, the national pendulum has swung indisputably in the direction of states rights- and strongly away from any perceived federal infallibility.

Saturday my “Don’t Let The Door Hit Ya In The Butt On Yer Way Out” was featured on TPN. There were twelve pages of comments- with scant few in disagreement with shutting down the federal government. However, while that overwhelming response was gratifying, I must point out that our Constitutional victory is inseparably connected and ultimately dependent upon the recent surge of individual states asserting sovereignty over federal tyranny.

More and more governors are “just saying no” to ObamaCare, open borders, illegal immigrants, Presidents without birth certificates and all the other evil effluent that has been gushing forth from Washington’s federal sewer. Isn’t this resurgence of states’ rights boldly in the same Revolutionary spirit that caused the dumping of British tea into Boston Harbor?

And please understand that the biggest club in the federal arsenal has never been the threat of martial law- but simply the withholding of federal handouts. Yes, Ronald Wilson Reagan admonished that our tax dollars cannot travel to Washington and back without shrinking- but withholding federal aid has long been the federal government’s weapon of choice in destroying state sovereignty.

More and more governors are saying, “Keep your damn federal money! We will more happily and more prosperously do without it!”

Perhaps the most notorious example has been federal aid to education. Look where that got us! The federal attitude of “our way or the highway” has given us public schools without God or discipline, countless high school grads who are functionally illiterate- and a revisionist history that has caused millions of our children to lose sight of the time-tested Judeo-Christian values which made America the last best hope for all humanity.

In fairness to Barry Obama, all this chicanery began long before his marvelous and equally infamous rise to power. If I had to pick a particular point where the globalist floodgates gaped open like the flaming gates of Hell, guess I would have to cite the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Nevertheless, Barack the Joker now exemplifies the very face of elitist evil- and his administration must be pulled down by a combination of adverse public opinion and the assertion of individual state sovereignty.

Finally, this same strategy will best thwart the four greatest threats to our national security outside the federal government itself- namely the international banking cartel, extreme Islam, global communism and the Mexican drug lords. The voice of the people in individual states combined with the assertion of states’ rights has international implications far beyond our state boundaries.

A delusional lunatic off my meds? Judge ye for yourselves, but I can tell you this without slightest reservation. We stand as a nation on the brink of economic collapse and moral bankruptcy so profound that God Almighty will not hold us guiltless if we fail to raise our voices in defense of liberty at this perilous hour. Let us do so now in remembrance of our God, our freedom, our peace, our families and all we hold dear as Americans.

When the message is indisputable... the Left will resort to attacks on the messenger. The greater the truth the louder the despot will sing foul, in the hope of destroying the messenger and his message.

I am reminded... "Blessed are ye when men shall revile you, and persecute you and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My name sake.  Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." (Mat 5:11-12) Insults and innuendos falsely laid are sooner the testimony of one's righteous argument, than the poignant charges of irrational hate. 

Let's hope the States continue to consolidate their power under the 9th and 10th Amendments. Let us encourage them to resist the ill winds of Washington; that the better nature of our State legislatures may prevail: That the Federal Government may return to it's proper roll as servant to the several States... in this great Republic.

I invite your thoughts and comments on Article III, Sec 2, Clause 2... and the restriction on the Inferior Federal Courts Power (Jurisdiction) to hear cases involving States.  The Constitution clearly limits jurisdiction involving the States to the SCOTUS. The Supreme Court is the only Federal Court of with Jurisdiction to rule in matters involving States. The Constitution denies Inferior Federal Courts (District and Appellate) the right to hear cases that involve the States. The States must now insist that  the Inferior Federal Courts (District or Appellate) be restrained from hearing matters involving any of the States. Madison affirmed in this Constitutional Judicial principal in the Federalist Paper #8.

Sandra is so right. The fraudulent teachers need to be fined and fired! The Demoncrats need to be thrown out of office! The corrupt health care providers and union enablers should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Crooked Zero and his support groups need to be investigated. I support Governors Scott Walker and John Kasich. The union's ranks are filled with Communist and Socialist thugs.

I am listening to Fox radio and they just said two very disturbing things.

(1) Fourth graders where forced to march in that protest. This child's teacher handed them a sign? The teacher was carrying a nazi type slogan sign?

(2) A lady called in that was a teacher, has been for 20 years and she didn;t want to jin a union and they made her pay 80% for dues any way. It amount to 1000$ a month. She has been a teacher 20 years, now that is 20,000$ of her hard earned money. Sounds like that should be a fraud of sorts... I know there is another name for that, but it escapes me at the moment.
We have a huge problem with unions organizing through zero's organize America group. (At least I think that was the name) .

These thugs are out of control and something needs to be done, but what, when you have a president rooting them on and helping this gangster type garbage.

I am glad states are starting to wake up, we can starve the beast if states exercise the 10th amendment and the like. Governors have no choice, they  either layoff a lot of people or they do what this brave governor is trying to do. The cowardly dems that ran and hid, should be removed from office and others re-elected ASAP.  The doc that wrote bougus sick slips need to be fined heavily and the teachers should either be fried for fraud or repay that money.. Taking fourth graders should in fact get any teacher that did that FIRED!

They are organized through google and other avenues. They are also now having one person handle 10 bogus friends requests on places like facebook and twitter, just to get those people twisted around to the lefts side. I heard they where even going through the HS websites that people use to locate old class mates!How low will these commies go..
