Justice Roberts was determined to justify the constitutionality of obamacare even if it meant empowering the federales with the ability to penalize people who did not buy obamacare, calling it a "tax" instead of a "penalty", which under his twisted logic, handed the federal government the forceful power to coerce (threaten) citizens who chose NOT to buy a product i.e.,  (Health Insurance) to buy it or pay anyway, saying that the people who choose NOT to purchase obamacare are freeloaders on the people who DO purchase obamacare. Problem is: all people with pre-exixting conditions buy obamacare, thereby driving UP the rates for conventional, standard Health Insurance, making it too expensive for the average, healthy individual. This begs the question: " Who are the REAL freeloaders? " The so-called TAX on non-obamacare customers is 6% of their gross income, before taxes. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT call it a penalty. That's an ORDER, sheeple.

Here's the bottom line: The progressive communist democrats have succeeded in killing the Free Market in health insurance, thereby depriving citizens of yet another right.

Our esteemed congress is hard at work trying to get around a popular perception that Obamacare is an abomination and don't care whether or not it's' a tax or a mandate.

During the reign of the last President, congress handed many repeals of Obamacare to the houses of congress and on to the president who of course wouldn't sign them.

Those same people are now struggling to pass any of those previous repeal attempts or any new ones. Our new President Trump has yet to see a repeal law on his desk.

What gives?
