Those in DC currently are nothing more than the head of a snake of corruption.....that snake feeds on the power we keep handing them while enriching themselves in any way possible.

I have actually found myself agreeing with one of the 'promises' made by the current pres.......our country is definitely in need of "CHANGE" --------- especially at THIS point in history.

We also need to remember that all politics are LIOCAL.....we HAVE GOT to become involved in our home states and work for strong CONSERVATIVE candidates.....TALK to them [they really are NOT any 'better' than WE are!]...be involved in local school boards and board meetings.......hold those you elect responsible or kick them out.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin and although this state has been consistantly BLUE we elected and REELECTED [in the same term] Scott Walker.........Scott should be the poster 'child' or standard bearer for the sort of people who SHOULD be elected to serve the people of the US. He is far better qualified to lead a state [OR???] than any Harvard Educrat who has never had to actually prove his/her THEORIES.

We all need to focus on the upcoming mid term elections in November instead of continuing to argue about the 'eligability' of someone who will no longer have relevence in two years.............. we need to send REAL CONSERVATIVES to DC this fall........THEY will have the 'power' and they had BETTER have the 'STONES" to stop obama's destruction of America.

We "CONSERVATIVES" have alot to do before Nov.....we also had better figure out a way to UNIFY with the moderates in our party. We can do that NOT by moving toward the CENTER but by sticking to our Conservative Principles and Values..... TRUE CONSERVATISM WORKS, every time it has been presented!

In the interest of some semblance of continuity, I'm starting a new section.

WE have sat back and permitted the polititians to re-establish this country into something wi never thought it could become.

There are 50,000,000 people on FOOD STAMPS and OUR government is campaigning for MORE participation in welfare programs. Congress....BOTH PARTIES, with a scant FEW rebelious, real Conservatives......just keeps spending OUR MONEY with careless abandon........BHO gave a speech about how "unpatriotic & irresponsible" it was to have the debt we had under Bush....then he went ahead and spent MORE THAN ALL PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED!!!!!!!!!!!

92,000,000 Americans are out of work with few opportunities because of the fiscal policies of this administration and this Congress.....More than 60,000,000 Americans are living below the poverty level....he is destroying the best Health CARE system in the world just to be able to CONTROL the people!

My point here is not to argue with you or to demean your opinions in any way....we here at RC, are a diverse group of people who all are here to TRY to get people to wake up and pay attention to what these people are doing TO us [not FOR us]....We ALL love our country and are doing what we can to reaquaint friends, families & neighbors with the Constitution and the REAL INTENT of the Founders.

I, at this point in time, am refusing to look backwards over the past 6 years other than to LEARN from them and to use whatever resources are available to reeducate those with whom I have relationships to the truth.

It certainly appears to me that some of the MOST "patriotic" statements are coming from people who immegrated from despotic countries to the liberty afforded by the USA are the MOST " LOYAL" I've heard in a very long time. I would argue that many of the people BORN here have come to take the miracle that is the United States of America for granted........how many people have you spoken with who have said "THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN HERE"????? Those same people are ,finally, noticing that not only CAN "THAT" happen HERE but that it IS happening here...... increasing numbers are becoming active in the process...they write, email and call their representatives & senators......they send "Blast Faxes" when called upon but we need to realize that MOST of those we have sent to DC have become immune to even the CONCEPT that they "derive their just power from THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED"..... NOT from the Washingtom insiders.

Sen Cruz wants to ammend the Constitution to prohibit anyone who has served in either house of Congress from becoming lobbyists....he also wants TERM LIMITS.....................I VERY STRONGLY AGREE with those concepts. Our Founders NEVER intended "SERVICE" to the federal governmenbt to be a 50+ year carreer....................these inside the beltway denizens live in a bubble......they are followed by sychophantic hangers on who tell them that when they speak, angels weep [probably not far from the truth today!] and when they pass gas it is the sweetest music ever to be heard! [move over Chopin!]

I, frankly, see no use for Washington DC other than an historic museum....there is NO REASON for "OUR" elected officials not to live in their home districts where adult supervision is availavle. Our technology can keep them in "contact" with their collegues, hopefully with none of the shennagins being pulled by BOTH sides of the AISLE.

Dear Richard......I read alot of the information you shared and certainly understand as well as respect where you are coming from........there is as much 'evidence' on either side for and against Obama's elegibility.....

From the parts of the website I read the part that really stood out for me was the "Loyalty Factor"...the purpose of the 'Natural Born Citizen" [NBC] clause was to ensure that the "One person sitting at the top of the Executive Branch had UNQUESTIONABLE. UNWAVERING LOYALTY TO THE UNITED STATES, VFIRST AND FOREMOST." It can be said with no equivication, that this president is 'loyal' first to HIMSELF, then to the New World Order, Globalization aganda of the far left.

The article also mentions the "Law of Nations", written by Emmerich de Vattel, a Swiss Jurist in 1758 and used as a REFERENCE by the Founders when creating our Constitution but doesn't say anything about that jurist's work being incorporated into our Constitution. Yes it has been referenced by American jurists but in MOST cases is written in lower case letters and lacking quotation marks....it seems to be referenced more as a CONCEPT than an actual part of our laws....

If taken with absolute literal understanding the clause on the definition of N.B.C. indicates that if a child of one N.B.C. [American Citizen] and one British Subject [the status of Obama sr at the time of jr's birth] & IF the child is born in the US, that child can choose his/her alliegence to whichever country they choose.

I understand that all of those on the side of Obama not being an N.B.C. have worked tirelessly with very unsatisfying results.......BHO was elecetd, then REelected [mind numbing!!!!!] and has been president of the country WE love for almost SIX years. It is unquestionable that he has 'ruled' well outside of the checks and balances provided by our Constitution.

What is more disturbing to me is the NON REACTION of Congress to his lawless behavior as well as the crickets chirping in place of a once 'watch dog', once FREE PRESS that has squandered its credibility in exchange for access to this "HISTORIC" first Black president....[First DICTATOR] of the USA.

PS TO ALL READERS.  Since there is a word maximum to each post, I have had to make a number of posts to get out my entire story,  If you are interested, the way to read this is from the bottom up.  Start with my first post, after Philip kind post about my efforts, but disagreeing with me about how Obama might be convicted through a web site.  So just read my posts, starting right after his, and read from the bottom up to get them as one, entire article.  That is what my comments wound up being.  Their is no shorter way for me to explain what I have already done, what is possible, and what I need in the way of help to rid this nation of Obama !!

So, in closing, I will apologize for writing so much, but it is the only way to make people aware of, not only, what has been going on with Obama, and his threat to me, but to educate everyone who reads this.

 

I have written all of this in the hope, Philip, that I have convinced you that my site can work, and with the way Obama is gaining momentum every day in his efforts to completely disarm and destroy our great country, this is the only way I see to stop him.  I do not know how to submit an article for publication on your site, but I would plead with you to edit and publish this as a regular story posting on you site.  It will educate the public and may help find me an attorney.  I WILL NOT GIVE UP !! THIS CAN BE DONE!!  OBAMA CAN BE CONVICTED AS A USURPER WITH THE RIGHT WEB SITE, AND I BELIEVE MINE CAN DO IT.  I JUST NEED LEGAL PROTECTON UNTIL I GET ENOUGH MEMBERSHIP TO PAY SOMEONE FOREVER TO PROTECT ME UNTIL WE, TOGETHER, FORCE CONGRES TO DO THEIR JOBS.  EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS KNOWS THAT HE IS NOT LEGALLY PRESIDENT AND HAVE BEEN VIOLATING THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE SINCE HE WAS FIRST GIVEN THE OATH.

You will not believe the national, conservative web site founders, like NumbersUSA.com, WesternJournalism.com, WND.com, ConservativeHQ.com, and on and on, as well as, foundation, tax attorneys and any attorney I could find anywhere to protect me until I got on line, then I would pay them forever just to fight the IRS, let my site be effective and keep me out of jail until I got rid of Obama.

I have gone to the trouble to write all of this, because everyone needs to understand how and why it will work, and has been proven by NumbersUSA.com over the years.  In 2012 they had everything in place to accomplish their mission of many years, but Bohner would not allow the laws to be passed BECAUSE HE FELT IT WAS AN ELECTION YEAR, AND A BAD THING TO DO THEN  -  CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT???

 

So, in conclusion, I am begging every member who reads this post to talk to any attorney you know who might be interested (and patriotic) enough to want to see Obama prosecuted and put out of office.  I even talked to attorneys who had represented a man who tried to keep Obama off the GA ballot in '12, but since doing that, he has been harassed so much, that he would not take on another of these cases.

That case came as a result of a presentation I gave to The Madison Forum, here in a superb of Atlanta.  It is a very well known political forum and activity organization (who were very effective in helping defeat Common Core in the GA legislature last week, one of the few states to do so), whose membership is mostly office holders on the local, country state and national level. 

I gave that presentation on 'natural born" to The Madison Forum" in April, 2011.  The acting President of the organization (the Founder was running for Congress and felt he should step aside while running for office), who seemed skeptical during my presentation, filed a suit to keep Obama off the Georgia ballot in '12 (he is not an attorney and went on line and taught himself how to file a case to keep Obama off the ballot - one of three in '11. His, by the way, was the only one to make it all the way to the Supreme Court before the '12 election - but like all others, the court turned it down without comment (I could write another extremely long post on the possible reasons why the Supreme Court has not heard one of these cases in the over five years they have been filed to have Obama prosecuted - which tells you something is going on their.  I will quickly digress to tell you that Obama visited every member of the Supreme Court, five days before he took the oath of office in '09.  This, in and of itself, is enough to tell you that something wrong was going on, but the "kicker" is that there were already five to ten cases already pending before the court in January 2013, to keep him from taking office, when Obama visited the court.  That is not only suspect, improper and very suspicious, IT WAS PROBABLY HIGHLY ILLEGAL (not being an attorney, I really do not know, but, obviously, it certainly should have been investigated by Congress and put before the American people.

That is the key to my site working - once Congress investigates, it overcomes the lack of coverage by the press (which has allowed all of this to happen), inform the public, most of whom know absolutely nothing about this issue and have been turned off by the misrepresentation of the issue by the press and the left to keep the public from understanding, or caring about the issue.

To continue beyond the word limitation on a single post, I needed to also tell you that the only reason I did not go on line in 2008, was that when I went to incorporate (by an attorney friend, who was not a tax, or constitutional, attorney - just an everyday advisor type attorney) in May of 2012, he told me that my site would have the IRS all over me when I filed for incorporation through the state, because they watch each incorporation to weed out people like me (501(c) type organizations) and harass me legally to keep me off line.  I found this very hard to believe, but within a week of this advice, a marine sergeant retired from the corps and posted negative comments about Obama on Facebook.  This retired Marine was arrested without a warrant, and kept in jail for over three weeks, for just posting on Facebook.  This made a believer out of me for the attorney's advice - that the IRS would be all over me.

 

So, ever since then, I have been trying to find an attorney to represent me until I could get my site up and running.  By then, I believe I would have 500,000+ plus members, giving me the finances needed to by all of the communication lines, fax servers, data base machines, a secure office location (because I would fear what someone in the administration would try to do to harm me), but most of all, the money needed to continually have an attorney to fight the IRS until I got rid of Obama.   I would not be in this for the money, only to the extent to keep me out of jail.

Thanks, Philip.  As I have said a number of times, I believe to "the depths of my soul" that I could get rid of Obama within six to nine months if I could only find an attorney to protect me from the IRS until I could get the membership needed to deluge Congress with free faxes for my members to their Congressmen.  It is an idea that has worked very well for NumbersUSA.com for many years.  Here's how is has worked:

 

1.  Every communication a Congressman receives from a constituent, statistically represents another 50 to 100 constituents who feel the same way on the issue, but have not communicated.

 

2.  When a Congress man receives several thousand faxes a day (depending on the population in his district or state), demanding that he do as requested by thousands of his constituents, saying they will not vote for him in his next election should he not follow their requests, then he is very likely to do as requested, particularly since the thing most Congressmen care about in today's world is being re-elected.

 

3.  In spring of '08, Bush was about to get a terrible immigration bill through Congress, and Numbers.USA.com, with only 350,000 members then, shut down the fax, email and phone lines of Congress for three days, defeating that bill.  So, this idea works. And the key is providing free faxing for your members (and if would only ask for a $2 membership fee from all members.

 

4.  I have been giving presentations to Tea Party and other conservative groups in the Atlanta metro area for over four years, and have accumulated my research for over five years.  In May of 2012, my web site was designed and ready to go on-line, and the national director of Tea Party Patriots at the time, had agreed to announce my site as soon as I went on line.  They are the largest Tea Party organization in the country, with 1 to 1.5 million members, and are located in an Atlanta suburb.  Knowing Tea Party organizations as I do, I believe almost any member of any of these groups would join my site for the chance of ridding us of Obama through faxing the House to death until they investigated Obama and "natural born".

 

5. An investigation by the House would overcome the purposeful ignoring of this issue by all of the press, including Fox News (since 2008), and allow for a case of "quo Warranto" to be brought against him in the DC District Court (the only place it can be done for the purposes of having Obama convicted as a "usurper", removed from office and put in jail,   Everything he signed, and every appointment he made would be invalidated and he would be put in jail - DO YOU KNOW HOIW GREAT THAT WOULD BE FOR THIS COUNTRY AND HOW QUICKLY IT WOULD IMMEDIATELY TURN THE COUNTRY AROUND TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION - PLUS DISCREDIT THE DEMOCRATS FOR YEARS (PELOSI AND THE DIM CONGRESSMEN COLLUDED TO HAVE OBAMA NOMINATED.  PELOSI, AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATICE CONVENTION IN '08, CHANGED THE WORDING OF ALL OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF NOMINATION FROM  - "BARACK OBAMA IS QUALIFIED "UNDER THE CONSTITUTION" - WHICH HAS BEEN THE NORMAL WORDING FOR YEARS, TO JUST "QUALIFIED", FOR EVERY STATE EXCEPT, IRONICALLY, HAWAII, WHICH REQUIRES THAT WORDING BY STATE LAW (PROVING THE COLLUSION AMONGST THE DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP TO HAVE HIM NOMINATED.  HE ONLY MADE IT BECAUSE THE STATES HAD BECOME ACCUSTOMED TO ACCEPTIING THE NOMINATIONS FROM THE CONVENTION TO PUT CANDIDATES ON THE BALLOT, INSTEAD OF EACH SECRETARY OF STATE OF EACH STATE DOING THEIR JOBS AND VALIDATING THE CANDIDACY THEMSELVES.  THE STATE SECRECTARIES OF STATE ARE FINAL AUTHORITY, BUT HAVEN'T DONE IT.

Thanks for your thorough research Richard and your tireless efforts to get people to listen.

We here at REAL CONSERVATIVES agree with you that Obama is a usurper. He has no right to be president. We had hoped back in 2008 that the Republicans would launch an all out attack on the Obama eligibility issue. We waited and waited and waited some more. In fact, we are STILL waiting today for someone to stand up and take the issue head on in Washington DC. In my opinion, "it ain't gonna happen".

 I don't understand the reason why NO one in the system has made a challenge. Not even the media has made any real effort to research beyond the Hawaii birth records and the obviously fraudulent birth certificate all of us saw.

 The Obama eligibility as a viable issue with which to remove Obama from office is mute. Only a few think it's still an option.

 The question of Obama eligibility has less chance to bring him down than his daily lies to the nation. The Benghazi scandal has a better chance to bring Obama down than any other issue at this time. Even the staggering failure that is Obamacare has been rewritten to look like a success by the media. We can't win for loosing.

 We are all distraught. We watch our nation daily. We watch our conservative leaders for . . . leadership. We see little if ANY leadership.

 We watch as the time for action dwindles. As time passes Obama succeeds staying in OUR White House day after day. The wretched decay of our nation turns our insides out.

 We need your help Richard.

How do we stop the liberal progressive democrat machine?

How do we neuter Obama?

How do we turn out the democrats from congress? 

How do we mobilize the millions who have remained silent and motionless for the last 10 years?

We are HOPING the elections this year will bring a surprise to everyone in Washington. There's nothing we'd like better than regaining political control of congress. In my opinion that is a huge long shot.

I don't see it happening.
