SESTAK-GATE

Here is video of President Obama refusing to answer a question by Fox News’ Major Garrett on “what your White House did or did not offer Rep. Joe Sestak to not enter the Democratic Senatorial Primary.”
Obama would only say, “there will be an official response shortly on the Sestak issue which I hope will answer your questions. You will get it from my administration.” Obama said “shortly” does not mean “weeks or months.” He later added, “I can assure the public that nothing improper took place.”

The White House is under renewed scrutiny after allegations it offered Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) an illegal bribe not to run against Sen. Arlen Specter. So once again, scandal in politics. What a surprise.

Here is video of President Obama giving opening remarks at his press conference today in the White House. Notice his head bobbing back and forth as he relied totally on his teleprompters located on each side of the lecturn. At around the 4:42 mark, Obama stumbles in reading his remarks.
As far as content, Obama announced he is limiting offshore drilling until he can be sure nothing like the Gulf Oil Spill happens again. He also said as many ways as possible that he and his administration has done everything possible to deal with the Oil Spill.
You would think that the smartest President we’ve ever had could deliver opening remarks in the White House without having to read it word for word.
