WE CAN STOP THE CIVIL TRIALS FOR THE 9/11 TERRORISTS!

Everyone is looking at Obama’s and Atty. Gen. Holder’s decision to reward these five terrorists with a show trial in New York as a done deal. The media is actually supporting this attitude. But we can stop them!!! It has been done before—by Congress and the Senate refusing to pay for the costs, as they did with Obama’s announcement that he would close Gitmo when he didn’t even have a forward-looking plan. I have also learned that they stopped offensive presidential intentions before with their votes.

WE CAN’T GIVE UP! We can all inundate our state and federal representatives with emails, faxes and letters demanding that they recognize our economic crises, acknowledge voters’ outrage, and deny the funds needed to:

1. move the terrorists to New York from Gitmo;

2. provide the millions of dollars for extra security to protect New York and the U.S. from other terrorists that these trials would invite to make more attacks; and

3. pay their lawyers’ fees. They can force Obama to give them the military tribunal trials in Gitmo that is all they deserve. Military trials do not require them to give defendants Constitutional rights, and military lawyers are already paid through their monthly salaries.

Obama and Holder have already poisoned the Constitutional well they want to offer these terrorists by claiming to the world at large that “Americans shouldn’t worry—they will be convicted and executed in spite of the lack of Miranda warnings and the water-boarding to get information about future attacks.” As anyone knows, their lawyers can now claim that charges should be dropped because they can’t get a fair trial, as they have already been convicted by the politicians’ announcements, in addition to the fact that much of the evidence can’t be used, and their rights were trampled on.

The real purpose of this administration seems to be to attack Bush and his administration, plus the CIA, once again. They certainly don’t want to admit that the Fort Hood massacre was the first terrorist attack on our homeland since 9/11, and was caused by Obama’s emphasis on political correctness, so that no one could profile or question suspicious acts by Muslims. Now it is too late to admit they were wrong, and Obama has stopped his own investigation. It has also been revealed that this terrorist Major was a member of a committee that worked on Obama’s plans for Homeland Security. The current trials of the Navy Seals who arrested the master-mind of the murders of military contractors is another example.

Congress is already running scared about their low poll ratings and (even though they deny it) the Tea Parties, Town Hall protests, and pink slip threats to fire them that have poured into their Washington D.C. offices by the thousands. We should also copy and send this letter to the editors of all our newspapers and the producers of local and national TV newscasts in order to notify those patriots who do not have computers or belong to any political blogs. I urge you all to do so.

The majority of Americans are already outraged about the current plan Obama has announced to give these terrorists the right to spew their hatred of Americans, give them all the Constitutional rights that Americans have, have access to National Security secrets, and make Bush and the CIA the real defendants in a civil trial. He has already favored Middle-Eastern terrorists over America by giving them Constitutional rights on the battle-fields, including Miranda rights. Their actual plan is to take our focus away from this administration’s weak and some might say treasonous handling of all of our national security fears—from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, North Korea, and the Palestinians, as well as Obama’s continuous currying favor from the leaders of Middle Eastern and other foreign countries and apologizing for American actions. He has proved that he is either not interested in American economic recovery or the unemployed workers or doesn’t know how to fix it. His spending programs prove that he wants to socialize this country as soon as possible—before Americans learn who he really is.

Obama wants to distract us with the actions of his right hand (these trials, attacks on the GOP, and his constant traveling all over the world; while at the same time his left (favored hand) is trying to ram through this unwanted socialized Health Care Reform bill, the now exposed Climate Warming scam of the Cap and Trade bill, and the Card Check bill that will support and placate the Unions. He is rushing the Congressional Health Care bill through before Americans have time to notice that he is not interested in cutting costs with Tort Reform (which will take away the obscene payouts to his lawyer supporters), and making available interstate/intrastate insurance policies for all Americans, which could be done immediately with just a Congressional vote to allow it. The corruption in all the medical services as well as corruption in political agencies and of top politicians should have started as soon as he was named president, if he really wanted to make a positive difference instead of paying off his friends and supporters. Of course, his own corruption might also be revealed if he did that.
