I am getting tons of emails from Tea Party constitutionalists who support Kavanaugh but can’t connect the personal destruction that resulted when rule of law was not followed and an accuser was given full equality even WITHOUT a single corroborating witness! Amendment 6 (Marsy’s law) that will do the same thing but be permanently embedded in the Florida constitution and will NEVER be able to be removed! It is No coincidence that the ad campaign was started on the same day Blasey-Ford appeared at the Kavanaugh hearings! Rick Scott is WRONG to support this amendment!

PLEASE send this message across the state of Florida – VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 6! Everyone open your eyes to what this amendment could do any of us who can now be falsely accused of a crime! Guilty until proven innocent WILL become the new standard in Florida if this amendment gets to 60%! People are sending back absentee ballots now and this amendment sounds like fairness at its best! Send this viral to EVERY contact so they understand that they are signing away their Constitutional rights when they vote for this amendment! The radical left wants Marsy’s law in EVERY state so they can override the Constitutional rights of every American!
