Most of them have figured out that by passing 'their' responsibilities off to 'bureaucrats', they don't have to worry about being held accountable. Yes, we have to pay attention and we also have to educate more Americans to pay attention too.

No doubt! However, there are some (i.e. Patrick Kennedy?) in Congress who almost certainly don't mind the over-stepping of their 'authority' since it fits right in with the way they'd like things to be.

And it is being done without Congress etc., which makes this also an illegal move on the Marxist government... Last count I had was at least 35 illegal things this fascist group had committed. Bet the ning blogs are a target as well one day, and you can bet they know who each one is and all the groups...
