I did not listen or watch Bill O'Reilly last evening, but I received this email announcement with a private message discussing just how angry some folks are over Bill O'Reilly's bashing of the court case hearing the Obama birth certificate dispute. I have heard O'Reilly previously bash the case. What particularly caught my attention with the below announcement and information is the response from Captain Pamela Barnett. Captain Barnett very clearly showed her disgust and disdain for those who character assassinate; those who attempt to move ahead at another's expense.

I just returned from an extended meeting wherein I discussed a recent similar hatchet job attempted on me. I, too, am fully and completely disgusted and terribly angry at those who attempt to portray themselves as righteous, but will go to any lengths to tear someone down they perceive a threat, or so they can position them self more favorably; even to play to the political correct elites, wherever those elites may be - in a professional organization or club, in your home town, or some in public office. This offensive and nauseating behavior is despicable and amounts to nothing more than an abomination. May those who participate in this form of assassination find no inner peace only growing internal turmoil.

Captain Pamela Barnett is lead plaintiff in a case that could lead to the removal and life-time imprisonment of Barack Hussein Obama on charges of high-crimes, election fraud, campaign fraud, and a laundry list of campaign financing violations.

But Captain Barnett is not shirking her duty to defend her fellow Plaintiffs in the case: no, she is rebutting the lies and falsehoods promoted by the widely followed, but often errant and politically correct, Bill O’Reilly of Fox News.

The contentions point: O’Reilly featured a short report on the case Barnett et al. vs. Obama et al. full of misinformation on the case.

While FOX News is daily decried by the Whitehouse for being opposition political commentary, it is viewed as many as a “Sand-box” player with Barack Hussein Obama; that is, one which criticizes Obama as President, but refuses to acknowledge his illegitimacy and usurpation of office — like a child who remains in a sand-box playing with his supposed enemy. Without that, all the commentary in the world, is worthless distraction aimed at ultimately sanctioning Obama’s crimes; since he is not even worthy of being called “the President.”

Glen Beck is proving to be just one of the gang, his continuous day to day “tease” about MsDunn’s husband, and the what’s behind the board, yet nothing? The question is if any of them can be taken before a clean court for treason against the People and their Constitution? With each day that passes by, they know that it will not happen, they believe they can’t be touched, it gets worse not better. The only solution lies in holding up the Constitution under God and His Truth. The People have the power, once they as a whole rediscover this fact, turn off the TV, to take to the streets. We need a centralized place to obtain information on the status of these efforts to examine Mr. Obama’s birth documentation, and related questions. Useful information is fragmented all over the place, in various blogs and postings. It would be very helpful to this cause if all the links and information were consolidated at one credible and thoughtful website. Such a website would focus on the information and refrain from unhelpful rhetoric. Otherwise, it is very difficult for those not well-versed with this subject to access relevant information.

I have always believed that since Congress did not prove Obama’s birth right to become the President that there was in fact something being covered up. I know without a doubt that this man was placed in the White House to destroy this country. The question Glenn Beck posed was this, though we
know what the truth is, what are we (people) willing to do and to what extreme will we go to stop it? I am not advocating violence in any sort of way, but how far will we as a people be willing to go and at what cost to fix our broken country? Like Bill O’Reilly, many shallow-minded Americans are so intimidated by black power that they would prefer to trash the Constitution rather than to displease Oprah. They fear that black anger would result in violence if Obuma were to forced from office, so to keep the peace they counsel silence about Obuma’s ineligibility and consequent unlawful tenure. Incredibly, they think such cowardice is in the nation’s best interest.
But would American blacks really want to riot for a half-white, British-born fraud who is not even an African-American as advertised? Obuma’s father was pure Kenyan and was never an American citizen. Obuma himself was born a British subject/citizen and may still owe allegiance to Queen Elizabeth. Moreover, Obuma shares nothing of the African-American heritage; not one drop of African-American blood runs in his veins.
If reason prevails when Obama resigns or is disqualified or impeached, black Americans will realize that their allegiance is not to half-African blood but to their own nation’s Constitution, under which they hold equal protection and enjoy all the benefits of a free society.

I also watched the debacle last night on O’Reilly. Both he and Weil should be totally embarassed and ashamed by their idiotic, illucid and untrue statements about the Barnett case. I was so mad that I wrote both lunatics a sharp letter about their lack of journalistic integrity and their lying to their audience. Weil, in particular, was such a dolt with her comments that she should be banned from television immediately and returned to the insane asylum she escaped from. I would venture that she has not researched the Constitution eligibility requirements to be POTUS let alone any background research for the “annointed one”. One particularly assinine statement she made was concerning the COLB posted online. Her statement that this was obvious proof and support for Obama as being born in the country settled the issue and she didn’t understand why the issue continued. If she had done any research at all she would have found that the posting has been proven to be a fraud and, further, the documentation in question with Hawaii is pending, not accepted. She would also learn that there are several eligibility requirements to be considered and the birth certificate is not one of them. She should be researching the father of the usurper.
If either of these loons, as O’Reilly likes to call others, were in the least bit honorable and truly cared about the truth, this issue would have warranted more research. The problem is that FOX is still controlled by an individual, Rupert Murdoch, who is a new world order believer and supporter of Obama. Until traitors such as Murdoch are removed from the reporting process the American people will be subjected to propaganda journalism such as we witnessed last night on what was supposed to be a “fair and balanced” outlet.

Nowhere in history is Natural Born Citizen defined in such a way that would allow a person with divided loyalties to become President! It is a fact that Obama was born a subject of the British Crown. He openly admits his father was a British Subject at the time of his birth.

Here are several references to the meaning of Natural Born Citizen. I implore you, URGENTLY, to investigate on your own.

-1758 Vattel’s “The Law of Nations” –The Framers relied on many of the principles to write the Constitution.

-1787-1788 The Federalist Papers, including Justice John Jay’s letter to George Washington.

-Article II, Section I, United States Constitution.

-The Naturalization Act of 1790-repeal of “Natural Born” from the 1790 Act in 1795.

Our Nation is at grave risk. This issue MUST be addressed. Citizens across this nation are asking this question: Is Obama qualified to be our President and Commander in Chief? Federal statute (Chapter 35§ 16-3501) for quo warranto was tailor made by the legislature to challenge any person occupying any public office of the United States under questionable title thereto.

· The Attorney General of the United States or the United States attorney may institute a proceeding pursuant to this subchapter on his own motion or on the relation of a third person.

· Two individuals have authority to bring quo warranto action: Attorney General Eric Holder, and US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Mr. Channing D Phillips.

· Only one of these officials need bring the action in quo warranto.

· The federal quo warranto statute provides the only Constitutional means by which a sitting President may be removed by the Judicial branch.

· Congress has provided for the removal of a sitting President found to be ineligible by enacting the federal quo warranto statute.

· Nowhere in the Constitution does it give the Judicial Branch the power to remove a sitting President. The Constitution has provided congress with the authority to remove the president from office in cases other than impeachment.

o Constitution Article 2, Section 1, Clause 6. “In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge…”. Note the word “or”.

o Congress is authorized to exercise removal power by the 25th Amendment – and such power must be derived directly from Article 2 Section 1 Clause 6.

· SCOTUS is not a trier of fact and so quo warranto MUST be brought before the District Court for the District of Columbia EXACTLY as the statute requires.

· Quo warranto action is proper to settle title to the office of President for the good of the nation.

· Even if both officials are convinced Obama is eligible, it’s still proper for them to institute a quo warranto proceeding because the evidence emerging now is that, by leaving the controversy as is, a floodgate of litigation will ensue.

· The best possible candidates who should request the US Attorney and/or the Attorney General to bring an action in quo warranto on their own motion are Retired Military officers who understand the absolute need for the President’s title to office not to be encumbered by doubt.

· CONCLUSION: The District of Columbia Code is the only means by which a federal quo warranto action can be instituted and its application is strictly limited to public offices of the United States or local DC offices within the ten square miles of the District of Columbia. No public office, i.e. POTUS, is exempt by the statute.

I seek your immediate response to my grave concern.

I also have heard O'Reilly blowing off the birth certificate case. It has always made me feel uncomfortable when ever he does that. It is not right, he just doesn't want to make Obama mad at him! Or he is not a conservative, that wants to fight for our freedom!

It would be extraordinarily convenient to have B.H.O. removed from office on a 'technicality' but I really don't think it's gonna happen. While the events going on now are horrifying to all who cherish liberty and the free market system, a small majority of Americans elected him to this pffice. Are many of them shocked and dismayed that the 'Hope and Change' he ran on are not even 'atom bomb close' to what he is doing? Absolutely! Does he care? Absolutely NOT!!!!!
All of us who love our country and our way of life need to focus on the future. We need to work diligently to have true conservatives elected in 2010. We need to give everything we can to take the power away from Obama, make him a 'lame duck' [ONE TERM] president and then work to change the system.
The founders NEVER meant for congressional seats to become a 30-40+ year carreer. When we regain control of congress we need to establish term limits for those we send to represent us. Senators will have no more than two terms [12 years]. At the end of their term they will return to whatever position they previously held. Congressmen/women will serve no more than 6 terms [also 12 years]. At no time will these elected individuals vote themselves ANY kind of PAY increase.
Their compensation will be decided by the voters. Any program, giving these people extra benefits is forbidden. They will be required to abide by the laws they pass, if they don't pay their taxes they will be imprisoned the same as any citizen found guilty of tax evasion.......PERIOD. Their pensions will be comperable with those of the general population. Their health care benefits will be identical to those of 'Joe Lunchbucket' and all the rest of us.
The only 'PERK' should be that they were honored by their fellow citizens to have served their country to the best of their ability.
'McCain/Feingold' was presented to the American People as a method of removing the influence of 'BIG DONORS' [investing in future favors], it would keep monied citizens from paying for favors from the candidate they helped to elect.........THAT was a LIE! What it actually DID was to give advantage to the incumbents and enhanced influence to their supporters. It also deprived smaller donors a voice in policies put forth by the candidates once ensconsed in office.[effectively limiting their First Ammendment right of freedom of speech].
I believe that donations should be allowed but accounted for, ALL donations and Donors must be published.
George Soros was handed enormous power in McCain/Feingold. Take the time to look at Soros's involvement in groups such as ACORN, SEIU, Move-on.org and many others[www.Soros watch.com]. They ALL support LIBERAL [AKA 'Progressive'] candidates. He 'invests' MILLIONS, probably BILLIONS into the candidates most likely to forward his Marxist agenda. Soros made his money by shorting the currency of several countries.......................maybe even ours? He is the classic example of the Sociopath...........absolutely AMORAL.......a man born with no sense of right or wrong, no conscience......the 'Anti Christ'? Possibly. At the very least an extraordinarily wealthy individual who is willing to use his billions to place himself in a position of absolute control.
We [The People] are still able to remove those cancerous polititians from Washington DC. If the 'takers' are stronger than the 'producers' we are finished. The United States of America will cease to exist. We did not become the strongest most prosperous nation on the planet because we were willing to hand over our liberty to a bunch of Socialists/Marxists/Fascists.
The Light of Freedom projected from our shores has been a beacon to all who cherished freedom and opportuntity. THIS is the country millions have risked life and limb to reach. Are the streets made of gold? Not really. But the freedom to become ANYTHING we dream has always been here.
America has given so much to the rest of the world.....electricity, computers, flight, rockets to and from space, automobiles and, yes, even 'rock and roll'.........that barely scratched the surface but I am sure you understand where I'm coming from. Our medical research has enabled longer lives & cures from disease. We have pretty much conquered heart disease and we WILL find the cures for cancer and aids. The diagnostics developed here are incredible...........CT Scans, MRI's, Ultra Sound. Tiny, premature babies [weighing just a pound or so] have an incredible survival rate [I have held these tiny miracles in my hands and have seen the grace of God and NO. they are NOT 'nonviable masses of tissue', they are tiny, they are perfectly formed and they fight like the dickens to LIVE]
My point is that we have so much to be proud of, so much to fight for and with the help of God [despite all of the efforts to remove Him from our consciousness.....He still hears us and loves us]
we will take our nation back.........I only pray that we never become as complacent as we have been again. That we recognise that this great nation's constitution was based on Judeo/Christian Values and the Commandments.
If we, as those who gave all they had, are willing to pledge "our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor" to preserve this "Republic, for which we stand, one nation UNDER GOD, with liberty and justice for all" we will be the victors.
