Do the democrats and rino republicans actually think WE the People can't tell the difference between REAL governmental damage (TARP and Obamacare) and a 3 week delay in passing one Omnibus Spending bill???

If the only way to get a reasonable and logical spending habit established in congress is to shut it down, then DO IT!!
