Ron Paul: The Right Candidate at The Right Time

Last week when Americans were surveyed as to what their greatest fear was, two-thirds responded it was an Obama reelection---but you never heard that through the major leftwing network media outlets!   Most Americans know the greatest threat to our nation is now domestic and not foreign, as Fedzilla has gone way Left of center-right.  After observing the GOP candidates, their personal attributes and current stance on multiple issues facing our nation, it is crystal clear that America must elect someone who will nail down the Constitution which has been assaulted by the Obama Administration and his Leftwing radicals.  Huntsman cannot carry the conservative vote.  Perry to my great disappointment has shown insufficient command of important issues and provided few specifics, though his interviews have been pretty good.  I disagree with his position on providing taxpayer support for tuition discounts to illegal immigrants.  Santorum is a steadfast Christian conservative but seems unable to gain sufficient traction thus far and is not serious enough about reforming our horrendous tax code.  The heavy hitters seem to be Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney. 

 

Any of these candidates are just fine but one stands out in principle and has been underestimated, sometimes ignored, for too long by the media and even the GOP old-guard---that is Senator Ron Paul.  There is no doubt in my mind that Ron Paul would force Congress to cut spending, cap the budget and balance it.  All three components are absolutely necessary at this time in history when just this week our national debt of 16 trillion dollars surpassed our GDP, quickly heading in the same direction as Greece and other insolvent European nations.  Ron Paul is a strict Constitutionalist which is precisely what we must have after watching Marxist Obama, Department of  Injustice Holder,  and the White House ‘Czars’ disregard this document, the rule of law,  and the balance of power created by our Constitution to preserve the republic form of government and the liberties of  the People.  Gingrich is the best historian in the pack and no doubt would surround himself with a highly respected circle of advisors.  He is my second choice behind Senator Ron Paul.   Romney appears energetic and dynamic compared to either Paul or Gingrich but does not appear as inclined to downsize a bloated government and so he is my third choice.   Anyone to right of an anti-American Marxist is a good thing and many Americans have had a rude awakening since 2008.   The only supporters for the Left wing candidates who obstruct and frankly reject the rule of law and our founding documents are (a) the radical Left, (b) the self-centered socialist labor unions who always want more from taxpayers, (c) many blacks who still regard their own skin color as the most important prerequisite and thus continue to enslave themselves to the Democrat Party, and (d) morons who don’t understand the meaning of liberty and free enterprise.  Please excuse me if I left out a few groups!  

 

Ask yourself this:  WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT to our nation at this point in time?  Answer:  Reversing the damage to America (which will increase further by election time)!   We must elect someone who WILL restore the rule of law and respect for the Constitution; someone who WILL cut spending and downsize Fedzilla; someone who can attract everyone other than radical Leftists, illegals, and those who cast their vote based upon skin color rather than what is best for this nation’s future (including their own).  Ron Paul is that candidate.  It is critical to understand that the media has made a big deal about his isolationist foreign policy, but further investigation will show that Ron Paul supports a strong national defense second to none and is on record that it is the Congress which decides whether America must engage in conflicts abroad---that he will support the decision of the Congress.  America is bankrupt and fast headed into insolvency as well as into a totalitarian state.  We have only one chance to reverse course. Let’s not blow it!
