THE RESPONSE

Fareed Zakaria of NEWSWEEK said last week that we clearly overreacted to 9/11. "...September 11 was a shock to the American psyche and the American system. As a result, we overreacted..." Zakaria then goes on to elaborate on what he feels is a "massive" build-up of counter-terrorism measures to demonstrate just how much we have over-reacted.

This is the Vanguard of Freedom response to the question, "Did we Over-react?"

We did not over-react to 9/11. We under-reacted. Our response has been limited. Did anyone see us bombing Mecca, the Muslim Holy Land headquarters? Did anyone hear of us suggesting that we build a Christian Cathedral or a Jewish Synagogue in Mecca after we bombed and burned it to the ground?

And al-Qaeda, last I heard, was still fighting their violent jihad against us in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Pakistan, the U.S. and other locales.

Peer out the window and check to see if the Mullahs are still in power in Iran. Are the Russians still funding and/or enabling Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, and the Cocaine, Marijuana, and Opium cartels?

We still haven't heard of any Crimes-Against-Humanity-Tribunals at the Hague for the now defunct Soviet Union, have we? How many years is it since the Soviets "fell?" Weren't they the major sponsors of the Palestinian terrorists that included the Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Liberation Organization?

In case you didn't know about the Russian-Muslim connection, Mahmoud Abbas, the now "moderate" leader of the Palestinians, the "good" cop in the "good-cop-bad-cop" Palestinian-Jamas-Hezbollah triumvirate, was trained in Moscow, specifically Patrice Lumumba University, where he was working on his doctorate until 1982. I believe he was rubbing elbows with Hillary last week at the White House, was he not?

The point is, are we now safe from terrorism? The answer is a resounding "NO!"

In fact we are attacked again, this time on hallowed Ground Zero in a propaganda blitz that's meant to humiliate, embarrass, and injure the U.S. politically with massive international propaganda.

Has the U.S government condemned the perpetrators of the 9/11 mosque, and vowed that "never again" shall anyone, no matter what religion they belong to, ever slight Americans again? No, quite the contrary.

Therefore, to Fareed Zakaria and anyone else who is complicit in collaborating with our enemies either seriously, or because they have their faculties up their proverbial posterior cavities, I say this again: We did not over-react. We have been measured in our response, because our demeanor, which is based on tolerance of other religions and ethnics, has tempered our wrath. And to those that would taunt us, and believe foolishly that our patience is endless, know this:

If America had responded to its attacks against it, including all the acts of terror up to, and culminating on September 11, 2001, in the way that we are fully capable of responding, without holding back any of our capabilities, the places that we had deemed responsible for those attacks, and all the people involved in perpetrating those atrocities would still be smoldering from our response, and no one would be left to ever again threaten even one hair on any one of our citizens.

We offer an alternative to the Barbarism and Sociopathy of the world. We remain a beacon of Freedom in a technological dark-age. For though you can see the advances of technology, everywhere you look, the lingering and lagging crawl of barbarian culture is convulsing in its last gasp against the light of Civilization, which comes exclusively and only from America.

And the convulsions are in response to the positiveness, the survival, and the affluence and accomplishment that is possible with our way of Life.

To those of you who know, who carry today the torch of Freedom, in spite of the stupidity of those who oppose you, say I: Hold that beacon on this September 11, 2010 even higher, and continue forward with your noble and your eminent Cause of Freedom. You make me proud to be an American. You are an example to others, and I am certain that you make those who gave their lives for the Cause of Freedom, and those who were casualties in our quest, very proud and very certain that the price they paid and the sacrifices they made were not in vain.
