Once Again the SCOTUS Screws "We the People"!

In 2011, the Wisconsin legislature passed a voter ID bill [vetoed three times by democrat Governor, Jim Doyle]. It was signed into law by Governor Scott Walker [Republican]

After going through numerous court battles, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals handed down a decision that our law was Constitutional and would be in place for the 2014 Mid-Term elections.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court of the Uniteds States of America put a 'hold' on the implimentation of the Voter ID law for the upcomming elections...........................just 3 1/2 weeks from an extremely vital elction, SCOTUS pulled the rug out from under the election process in Wisconsin. This law has been examined up one side and down the other, the bottom line being that, like the Voter ID laws of other states, ours was constitutional.

The reason stated by SCOTUS was the "POSSIBLE" disenfranchisement of Absentee Voters who had voted before the 7th Circuit Court's decision......................

What about MY DISENFRANCHISEMENT???????????????????????

The Milwaukee Police Dept did an investigation into Vote Fraud following the 2004 election and FOUND THAT VOTER FRAUD in Wisconsin WAS RAMPANT!!!!!

Wisconsin allows election day registration and registration was granted to people who presented a utility bill addressed to "Resident" or were accompanied by someone who "VOUCHED" for them.

Bussloads of people from Illinois came in to register & vote, busloads of mentally challenged people were brought to the polls and told who to vote for....people were enticed with gift cards and cigarrettes.

Poll watchers reported obvious cheaters but law enforcement was slow to respond.

I have expressed frustration, care and even hopelessness here and other places.......I know that all of you have experienced the same level of frustration with the bastardization of our Constitution, our processes & government in general.......

As a hardworking tax paying citizen the the United States of America I frequently ask myself why, in the name of God, do I [we] keep FUNDING this abomination of a federal government with our tax dollars.

What could they do to MILLIONS who refuse to further fund this corrupt creature once known as a "representative Republic".............................???????

There was no "NEED"....this was purely political.....something the Supreme Court is allegedly 'above'..

The dissenting votes came from Alito, Scalia and Thomas. John Roberts has once again voted against the Constitution.....Kennedy sasheyed to the left once again. If these people want to 'legislate' they need to resign as Supreme Court Justices and run for office. They have OBVIOUSLY forgotten their JOB as that of upholding the Constitution....not as they WISH it was but as it was MEANT TO BE!

I seriously wonder if John Roberts is being blackmailed but is reluctant to resign during Obama's presidency.

The lines are being blurred and crossed to the point that they may cease to exist...we no longer have three seperate, distinct arms of the federal government, intended to give balance to the governence of this nation.

The heart breaking part of this is that Congress, both Houses, have sat idly by and allowed this destruction of the fundamental principles of our Representative Republic......incredible isn't it, that 535 people have passively contributed to the demise of the greatest nation created under God's Laws.

There must be a very special place in Hell reserved for all of them.

What in the HELL was the real need for SCOTUS to do another review?

It really makes you stop and think about the dynamics of our current governmental system of  "Checks and Balances". From where you and I sit the whole dam thing is so out of balance it's going to come crashing down around us!
