OBAMA SURRENDERS U.S. SOVEREIGNTY TO U.N. SECURITY COUNCIL BY CHAIRING THE COUNCIL

In an unprecedented move, a sitting "president" of the United States plans on being sworn in to chair the U.N. Security Council at the end of this week. There is a very salient article at www.jaghunters.blogspot.com which spells out exactly what this means for this country. We will officially become subservient to the U.N. Charter instead of our Constitution.

Obama is a madman and must be removed from office. I can't believe Congress is going to let this happen. I have already called my rep and senators about this, but the plan is apparently going to be carried out. Our entire heritage is about to be swallowed up by the global elitists, just as they planned.

I can't believe Obama hasn't been outed by now. Yes, people are waking up, but perhaps it's too late. We are about to become subservient to the U.N. and the New World Order.

My heart weeps for my country.

It directly violates Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution, otherwise known as the "emoluments clause." In addition to emoluments (remuneration), it also mentions that no person in a position of public trust (service) to the U.S. can assume a title of nobility or position from a foreign state or government. The UN is a foreign body governed by different rules than the U.S., so I'm sure this qualifies.

I was on the phone this morning and called about 8 senators plus my own congressman. None of them seemed to know about it. I also objected to the flying of the Chinese flag on U.S. soil, and some of the aides said that they'd received either "a few" calls about this or "many." I told them that my dad did not fight in WWII, China/Burma/India only to have the communist Chinese flag flown here 60 years later.

I am involved with Gary Barnes at www.aarevival.ning.com, and we're using the Precinct Project format for all of the communities we represent. The idea is laid out in Gary's book, "An American Revival: Partisans No More." I'm not even thinking "Democrat" or "Republican." Gary's terms are "traditional platform" and "progressive platform." The idea is to talk to people from both ideologies but to show the progressives how eventually their communities would run out of money, just the way our nation is out of money from progressivism now.

I personally like the American Independent Party, begun by Alan Keyes last year. It's not in every state yet, but I like their principles. They are the new constitutional party. From what I've seen, there is almost no difference between AIP and the Constitution Party except that the CP is older.

Any way we do it, we have to educate people about the Constitution and electing candidates who will defend it.
