The Nancy Pelosi Conspiracy with the 2008 DNC Nomination Certificates appears to be designed to circumvent state election laws.

Only one out of 50 states received a Nomination Certificate that was somewhat correct. However, that state had already chosen to create their own nomination certificate - Hawaii. The other 49 states filed a certificate that fell far short of State Law (the DNC certificate). Hawaii, OBAMA’s so called home state/birth state filed their own nomination certificate without vetting OBAMA. Why did this happen.

It is a very intricate conspiracy that effects not only the Federal Government but the integrity of every State that accepted the fraudulent certification of Obama and Biden to be the President and Vice President nominees for the Democratic Party.

Florida response to an inquiry: "There is no requirement in Florida law for the party to certify that its presidential nominee is qualified to hold the office. However, in Hawaii, its state law specifically requires that the political party provide a statement that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution. Apparently, Hawaii required such certification for the 2008 presidential election, so this explains why the Democratic National Committee prepared two versions of its presidential candidate certification."

There are many of us Patriots that believe this is total bull crap. The candidates that become the electoral college (the popularly elected representatives (electors) who formally elect the President and Vice President of the United States) has to be stringently evaluated for integrity before being nominated within a state.

Why would a person so qualified wish to cast a hard earned vote for someone who is not qualified; imputed law basically establishes that the President and Vice President nominees meet all Constitutional requirements, period (in all states).

We have traced enough of the certificates filed by the 2008 DNC to ascertain that a crime has been committed and perpetrated on all States. (Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, California, Texas, and Hawaii are known to have laws that were broken with the private citizen Pelosi conspiracy.

Please accept personal responsibility to assist in resolving the crime. From figurative expression, all disgruntled Sovereign Citizens of all States of the United States of America need an avenue to achieve a common goal. That is to "prevent the occurrence of such a conspiracy from ever occurring again in the history of our nation."

We cannot directly resolve the crime single handedly because all Judges have an asinine way of eliminating us one by one simply with one statement, "You have no standing". Collectively, and speaking collectively, we can show the world we have standing.

Please join us by downloading the attached documents. Study them, forward them to your e-mail contacts, ask them to forward on to theirs, and by the time we get to level 7, (xxx) Congressmen will have been sent several hundred thousand letters demanding a change in the (xxx) Law.

A draft letter is included if you wish to use it. Please include appropriate language in your letters to your Representatives and Senators of (xxx), that laws should be modified to prevent drive by registration at Smuchatellie's Bar and Grill; that only legally established voter registration locations will be accepted. (I.e., you research and eliminate ACORN type fraud at the local level); and, you gain control of illegal aliens.

We have discovered that private citizen, Nancy Pelosi, perputrated a violation of numerous Federal and State laws. We see that the DNC Chair, Nancy Pelosi signed two differing Certificates of Nomination at the 2008 DNC in Colorado. One contained the phrase: Messrs Obama and Biden“are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”The other didn't. In 2008, the Democratic Party of Hawaii's (DPH) Nomination Certificate used significantly less restrictive language: “the candidates for President and Vice President are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the National Democratic Parties...,” omitting the key phrase “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution.” Why did this occur?

Hawaii Election Law: The Nomination must state “that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.” California, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, and Indiana have a similar requirement. DPH, intentionally/negligently, violated Hawaii State Election law using incorrect qualification wording. They were responsible and most able to verify the eligibility of the Presidential candidate, yet they shirked their duty. Also, DPH filed their Certificate on 27 of August 2008, one day prior to the Pelosi 2008 DNC Certificate. Why did this date difference occur? And, research of the DNC Nomination Certificates for Conventions in 2000 and 2004 reveal that they were correctly filed. All RNC Nomination Certificates from the individual states appear to be correctly filed.

As filed, the DNC documents show ‘intent to violate’ the laws of many states. Also, to mislead all State Supervisors of Elections, all Governors, and state Attorneys General. The action rises to the level of an affront to the Constitution of the United States, and all persons sworn to protect and defend the Constitution should feel obligated to investigate. If malfeasance is found, it should be prosecuted. Second, why did state officials not challenge the filings that were not in accordance with respective state law(s)?

This private conspiracy has resulted in a matter of grave concern to this Nation. We're certain you recognize this deceit, fraud, and conspiracy as substantial merely from the few facts presented herein. It should be eminently obvious that there has been significant subterfuge regarding the nomination procedures at the hands of Ms Pelosi. You need to investigate and propose changes to existing laws to prevent this from happening in the future. You should see that appropriate State legal action is taken where necessary.

We call upon you, our elected state representatives and senators, who swore to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, to immediately call for an investigation into what has the appearance of a criminal act. Do not dismiss this charge of conspiracy by private citizen Nancy Pelosi lightly. If proven true, the damage wrought upon our country and (plug in your state) is incalculable and cannot be remedied by ignoring it.

We recommend a review of the Certifications of the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2008 Presidential Election of (plug in your state.) Decide, in conjunction with the Governor, Attorney General, and Supervisor of Elections if (plug in your state) laws are adequate to protect from a future occurrence of this type conspiracy. See what Texas is accomplishing with a change to election laws (H.B. 295) to prevent another “non natural born citizen” from entering the White House without challenge.

States must be concerned with protecting state Sovereignty. Each state should evaluate their ‘individual registration to vote” process. A requirement should be in every law that a voter has to be a legal resident and had been for at least 90 days; and, that they provide a legal residence on the application of registration.

Further, only authorized State Registration Facilities (tag agency, drivers license centers, and County Supervisor of Election offices, other county and state offices) should be permitted to accept and submit registration form. The State Supervisor of Elections Office (or an equivalent office) should provide a computer generated list by district of all address which have more than three legal, certified voters and each

County Supervisor of Elections should be charged to cause an investigation (through the Sheriff’s office of addresses having more than three registered voters with a report back to the State SOE. With this action all States could eliminate the ACORN type fraud and crime with a particular jurisdiction.

Please be cognizant of your Oath of Office and the requirement to solve a present crime, and to avoid future voter fraud crimes.

general election ballot the names of the candidates for president

and vice-president who are entitled to have their names placed on

the ballot.

(d) The secretary of state may not certify the name of a

candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has

presented the candidate's original birth certificate indicating

that the person is a natural-born United States citizen.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.

Criminal action: As DNC Chair, Nancy Pelosi signed two different Certificates of Nomination at the '08 Democratic National Convention. One contained the phrase: Messrs Obama and Biden “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”The other didn't. Why?

Conclusions: As filed, the DNC documents shows intent to mislead all State Supervisors of Elections, all Governors, and all state Attorneys General. DPH filed a misleading at the least, or a deceitful at the worst, Certificate for the 2008 Election.

Many states have laws specifying the language to use on the “Official Certificate of Nomination.” Instead most states have on file the facsimile copy of the Certificate prepared by the DNC Chair, which in several states violates their specific law. Why! Further, why did the officials of those states not challenge the filing which is not in accordance with their state law?

Your duty: You should recognize this deceit, fraud, and conspiracy as substantial and significant merely from these few facts presented herein. It should be eminently obvious that there has been subterfuge of the highest degree regarding the nomination procedures at the hands of Ms Pelosi (DNC) and the DPH. As such, it constitutes an affront to the requirements as set forth in the US Constitution. You, as a respected member of Congress, sworn to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, have a sworn duty to immediately call for an investigation to delve deeper into what appears to be a criminal act.

Do not dismiss this charge of conspiracy lightly. The damage wrought upon our country is incalculable and cannot be remedied by ignoring it. It must be dealt with directly, immediately, and objectively, by you.

We charge you to review the Certifications of the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2008 Presidential Election of your state. Decide, in conjunction with your Governor, Attorney General, and Supervisor of Elections if there is a problem. This communiqué is being sent to every member of the Congress.
