NDDA Applies to ALL Americans

Following our coverage of Obama's signing the NDAA which nullifies the U.S. Bill of Rights, many readers questioned whether the NDAA actually applies to American citizens.

What's most concerning about the NDAA is that it's just the latest in a long series of outright lies by Obama, who promised on the campaign trail that he would close secret military prisons, legalize medical marijuana and even support labeling of GMOs. Beyond mere disappointment, his betrayal of the American people (and fundamental civil rights) makes him possibly the most treacherous President in American history, even worse than Bush who signed the freedom-crushing Patriot Act:
