"The fusion center has made available a copy of Inspire Magazine. Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) has released the second edition of Inspire, an online English language jihadi magazine. The first issue of this magazine appeared in July 2010. Included in this edition are articles such as “I am proud to be a traitor to America” by Samir Khan and 'Legitimate Demands 2' by Adam Yahiye Gadahn. Khan is an American citizen who left the U.S. for Yemen in 2009, and is believed by U.S. intelligence officials to be the principal author of Inspire. Gadahn is a U.S. citizen who is a member of, and media advisor to, al Qaeda and is the first American charged with treason since World War II."
