In order for the IRS to enforce ObamaCare’s individual and employer mandates, their agents have to get to know you better. Much better.

The IRS, in the midst of an escalating scandal exposing serious abuses of power, is about to head into the uncharted territory of forcing Americans into compliance with ObamaCare.
Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) recently said the IRS and ObamaCare is a dangerous combination…
“It’s just one more reason why this law is going to be a disaster for our country. And in the months to come, I’m really going to focus on the issue of repealing Obamacare because in addition to the IRS’s role, there are all sorts of other problems with regards to Obamacare that we need to answer.”
++ObamaCare creates the biggest expansion of the IRS since the 16th Amendment was ratified in 1913.
Although there was a temporary income tax to fund the Civil War that was later discontinued, the modern IRS is rooted in the 16th Amendment to the Constitution and its authorization of a federal income tax. The first Form 1040 was released in 1913 and the administration required to oversee the process has steadily grown over the years. But under ObamaCare, that growth is going to be explosive, both in terms of personnel and impact on every American’s personal life.
According to a recent Forbes report…
“Two provisions in particular will require thousands of new IRS agents, and billions in funding to enforce two ObamaCare mandates which open a gaping hole into the privacy of every American.
To enforce the individual mandate, the IRS needs to know whether or not you have purchased insurance this year. It will also need to know the specific insurance policy you have, in order to ensure that it meets ObamaCare’s ‘minimum essential coverage’ requirement.
To enforce the employer mandate, the IRS needs the same information from employers in terms of the specific policies employers purchase for their workers, and also the hours worked by every part-time employee. In addition, your employer will need to know what your household income is, in order to ensure that the coverage it offers you is ‘affordable’ to you by the law’s definition.”
To begin their enforcement of ObamaCare, the IRS requested of Congress a $439.6 million increase in this year’s budget to hire 1,954 additional employees and agents.
Under the authority of enforcing ObamaCare compliance, the IRS will have virtually limitless power to delve into every American’s most private matters.

The person in charge of the newly-created IRS ObamaCare enforcement division, Sarah Hall Ingram, was originally in charge of the IRS tax-exempt division when it began targeting conservative and religious groups!
This is yet another reason why it is so crucially important to keep the outcry for an Independent Counsel and a full investigation into the politicization of the IRS growing!
We already have well over 25,000 signers to our powerful petition, but we need to greatly increase that number to have the impact we desire for our first petition delivery scheduled for next week.

Gordon, there is no doubt in my mind that the offending IRS bureaucrats have taken their cues from President Obama or his senior staff – and possibly have even been acting upon the President’s direct orders.
The IRS blatantly trampled our First Amendment rights in order to silence the voices of those who would be most likely to oppose Barack Obama or his agenda!
A complete congressional investigation and the commissioning of an Independent Counsel have the best chance of revealing just how high up the chain of command these abuses originated.
++We must keep increasing the pressure for honest disclosure!
We are calling for a complete investigation by Congress, including the establishment of an Independent Counsel, to completely expose the IRS abuses.
