`Net Guy’ Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowskiseems to share the same problem as Big Sis US Secretary of Homeland JanetNapolitano: both give a free ride to al-Qaeda, training theirinvestigative skills only on rank and file Americans.

Groping continues at airports and spying on Americans in other venues isexpanding.

And in the foofaraw of Genachowski’s debut into Internet regulation,al-Qaeda has a make-your-own bomb manual on the Internet.

“The 102-page manual, seen by the Daily Telegraph and available on theinternet, explains how to find ingredients from everyday sources and howto mix explosives, including those used in the July 7 bombings and therecent ink cartridge bomb found at East Midlands airport.”(Telegraph.co.uk), Dec. 31, 2010).

A sort of Bombs for Dummies, it has been assessed by AlexanderMeleagrou-Hitchens, an expert in radicalisation at King’s College, Londonas “the most lengthy and sophisticated manuals of its kind”.

“The manual is the first detailed guidance produced in English byal-Qaeda “central” based in Pakistan and follows some basic instructionscalled “How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom” produced byal-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsular as part of an English-languagemagazine.” Mr. Meleagrou-Hitchens, a fellow for the International Centrefor the Study of Radicalisation and Political Violence, said the manualgave highly detailed instructions and illustrations on manufacturingexplosives, concentrating on substances that are “easily procurable forany person living in Western, urban centres”.”

Nor can Net Guy Genachowski claim that the news of al-Qaeda’s bomb manualon the internet came as a New Year’s Eve bombshell from the DailyTelegraph.

On July 20, 2007 a how-to guide for tracking terrorists online by expertcodename “Archangel”  was published as acover storyon Canada Free Press (CFP).

“In six years I have bookmarked some 6,000-plus jihadist websites and thelist is still growing,” said Archangel.

Archangel described the reason why the Worldwide Internet is so vital andvaluable to terrorists as quite simple: “It has removed the need for aphysical terrorist training camp,” Archangel said.  “When the UnitedStates went into Afghanistan after 9/11, the primary targets being bombedand raided were the long established terrorist training camps scatteredthroughout Afghanistan.  Once we had destroyed the camps, al-Qaedathen simply went online.

“It gave them mobility, secrecy and allows for training new recruits andallows for further training of existing members. The jihadistscommunicate through these websites.  They post training manuals,films, documents and data, all for each other to use freely to furtherthe cause of Islamic Jihad.”

We have not heard about terrorists online in Julian Genachowski’s push toregulate Internet access.

It’s 2011 and we live in a world made more dangerous and deceitful now that the White House is run by the strategy of Marxism; a world where itcannot even be proven where the current president was born or how andwhere he was educated.

In the event of an engineered crisis leading to martial law, who would beable to prove where its origin?
