A message to all members of Citizens in Action
The members of the Senate will be voting soon on the confirmation of Judge David Hamilton as a life-long judge to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge Hamilton, you will remember, is the judge that ordered that we cannot pray in Jesus' name, but using allah is okay! Hamilton is anti-faith and anti-life. Indeed, the same Court that Hamilton may be appointed to cited him for abusing his judicial powers!

Senator Reid will be calling for a vote to confirm the appointment of Judge Hamilton very soon--probably with little notice. We must let our Senators know that we expect them to vote AGAINST the confirmation of Hamilton!

Please send the newly post fax ASAP! Senator Reid could call for a vote at any time!
