(Latin "I direct" or "I lead") is the state motto of Maine, having once been the only state to hold its elections in September. (Politicians kept their eyes on these elections for evidence of a trend. Prior to the New Deal, Republicans claimed "As Maine goes, so goes the nation."
Maine is made up of a very proud and hard working people. When I was growing up in the '50's, Maine was very conservative Republican. Now it is a very liberal state. At least we have a strong principled Republican governor in Paul LePage, who is trying to change the government in Maine very much like governors Chris Cristi and Scott Walker. We shall see.
I am devoting much of my energy to see that Barack does not see a second term!

Right now Illinios does not work... our track record on governors as I am sure you are aware of is horrible; Rahm being the mayor of Chicago(the bad boy from the top) who knows why he really is in Chicago. Then I have to acknowledge that the real bad boy(Obama aka Barry) is also from Illinois. I think it may be time to change states. I also want to recommend a book by Arron Klein "Manchurian President", great book if you really want to get the insight into the real Barry(Obama). Pass it around before the election of 2012...people really need to know what our controlled media would not report. Toni
