2011 is a PIVOTAL year.
The plan is simple but the work is massive.
IF WE ALL get on board, we can retake our legislature in the 2011 elections, 119 of the 120 seats are up for election.
Today, we made history, we put them on notice, very much like the founders did w/the Decl of Independence.
BUT the work must begin town by town and the signatures must become a priority for ALL the people we can get involved. As you ask for
signatures, as if that person will commit to getting 15 also, and on,
and on.
We need to look at all the districts, find candidates, (I have 1/2 doz myself at the ready) so when we toss the sitting NJ Legislature and
REPLACE them with OUR constitutionally grounded and committed people,
NOTHING CAN STOP US FROM GETTING OUR STATE IN ORDER!
WE CAN
1.) NULLIFY ALL the DC anti-constitutional mandates, like health care, cap n trade, etc.
2.) BLOCK amnesty and toss all illegals off our social service rolls,
3.) MAKE NJ an illegal immigrant HOSTILE state by
a.) repealing all NJ safe harbor laws, citizens' rights,
b.) go after employers who hire them with fines and jail time
c.) go after employers who aid and abet the defrauding of the state and fed. income tax system
d.) toss illegals from our local schools or MAKE THEM PAY out of district tuition to attend,
e.) mandate law enforcement punish their crimes, violent and non-v iolent to the full extent of the law
4.) With the illegals out of our wallets, get a good 50% reduction in real estate, sales, luxury, hidden, gas, etc., taxes,
5.) Repeal ALL NJ mandates that are anti-constitutional
6.) Pass a sov. state amendment with I & R.
7.) INDICT all past corrupt politicians and their pay to play friends,
8.) Put our school systems back into compliance.
9.) Create moratorium for all H1B visas and compel companies to hire Americans first and PROVE that there is no qualified American to
fill the job before hiring a foreigner.
10.) With money we save, overturn federal tax breaks for companies to manufacture overseas and GIVE tax breaks to companies manufacturing
here.
11.) Impeach and toss legislate from the bench judges.
ALL IN THE 2012!!
IF!
It's a BIG "if." But IF NJ does it, other states will follow. 2/3's of the states nullifying,
marginalizing DC into their enumerated powers, taking back our right to
self and small government.
WE CAN TURN IT ALL AROUND IF WE DO THE WORK OF IT IN 2011 AND HAVE CONTROL OF OUR STATE IN 2012.
IT CAN HAPPEN, IF.
