I'm not an attorney but served in Law enforcement for 30 years, last 16 as detective.
I'm usually encouraging our members here at REAL CONSERVATIVES to engage the enemy at every level and on every subject, attempting to save and improve our nation and form of government.

 President Trump recognizes as we do that our nation is in peril and strong measures must be taken to quickly stop the destruction.

 Most recently it has become obvious after the last presidential election that our opposition intends to thwart President Trump at every step and on every policy. More significantly, our opposition has put us on notice that they are willing to take steps to conspiratorially damage our nation's infrastructure and all activities including our economy, health care, housing, and governmental affairs.

 The conspirators include high level politicians and embedded liberal progressive democrat operatives in our most sensitive and secret services IE: NSA, FBI, CIA, EPA, ATF, and others.President Trump is in the process of removing the obvious holdovers from the Obama administration. There are thousands left as yet unidentified. "Draining the swamp" is going to take time. It's a big challenge.

 Raya and Edie your call for a new law is brilliant and necessary. It's passage whether at state level or federal will be a huge challenge. There is likely similar laws in every state which may cover a portion of what is suggested here under "Conspiracy to foment violence" statutes and under federal law the 'Rico" statutes may apply.

 Our problem with dealing with riots and rioters has been prosecution. For 8 years there was little enforcement against those who would commit those crimes. I point out that 9-11 was a conspiracy which should have been obvious. The result of course was that our agencies failed, took little action, and in the end thousands of our citizens were killed and our economy was literally halted.

 Are we again at the juncture where we are going to be late identifying the threat. If we can identify the threat, do we now have the government agencies in place to take action against the perpetrators. If we capture the perpetrators do we have the will to prosecute and punish?
Laws are necessary. We face a new threat with Islam. Does our legal system and laws cover what we need?

 What about adding new laws as has been suggested here? How long to make that law functional? Who will write it? What will the operational law look like after congress writes and passes it? It won't remain a pure conservative construction you know, the liberal democrats are still part of our law making apparatus.

 As you suggested, there needs to be a national discussion and we need to talk about about the effect, cost, negatives, positives, and unintended consequences.

 There is much work to be done.
